The Space:
A real gem in the centre of Cascais that ticks all the boxes. A cosy family house in the heart of Cascais - only 5 minute walk to the nearest beach! In fact only 5 minutes on foot to anything you may need!
This wonderful home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 guest WC, fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, stove washing machine, dish washer and clothes dryer), large living room which accommodates 8 people and a great exterior with a garden, private pool and BBQ.

Guest Access:
We offer a free meet and greet service until 8pm.

Situated in a tranquil pocket of Cascais, the property is part of a charming community that captures the essence of Portuguese living. Located near the scenic Cascais Trail and the renowned CUF clinic, the area offers a blend of natural beauty and modern convenience. A local supermarket is just around the corner, and a quaint coffee shop is a mere 300 meters away. Fresh bread is available each morning, allowing you to immerse yourself in the daily rhythms of the nearby SantAna village.

Getting Around:
Transportation is a breeze with multiple options at your disposal. A frequent bus service operates just 50 meters from the property, offering quick rides to the town center. For cycling enthusiasts, bike rentals are available, and well-maintained cycle paths lead to the heart of Cascais, the marina, and the beaches. On foot, it's a 15-minute stroll to the town center, 20 minutes to the Cascais train station, and a few minutes more to the nearest beach. The marina is accessible within a 30-minute walk. By car or bus, the journey to the town center takes less than 5 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.

If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed.

Location & Apartment Are Great! Amenities could be better
Central Location In Cascais: The location of the property couldn’t be better. It’s by the Auchan, the bus and train stations. Less then 7 minutes to get into downtown. Great Communication With The Host: Our property manager Cassie was great at giving us a tour of the property and showed us a large manual in case we had questions with anything around the home. Great Apartment for Friends & Families: The apartment was delightful. Plenty of room for 6 of us. The bathrooms and the kitchen were great. TV had all the channels and streaming services. The electric shades were great as well. Plenty of windows and natural light. Everyone enjoyed having there own sliding doors in all of the bedrooms. Some Amenities Need Updating: The only things that I could of said that could’ve made the experience better were just updates on the amenities and the upkeep of the home. The outside by the pool could have newer chairs and table. the pool could have been more updated. The washer and dryer could’ve been more efficient and take less time to have the loads to be done. The toaster could be replaced too. Having pans for the oven and the stove would have been great as well. These small things could’ve made the apartment feel more like home. Especially with the amount of time we had spent there with our family. Great Apartment Overall! I recommend this apartment to anyone looking to be in the heart of Cascais and to be in home that’s accessible to it all!

Great for a family
Excellent location within a short walk to the beach and just over a block to a wonderful grocery store. Three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths suited our party of 8 with three teens sleeping on two sofas in the living room. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils dishes and cookware, although it is really awkwardly laid out. Appliances were hard for us to figure out and our concierge Cassie was very helpful. Pool and yard seem small to us as midwesterners but they ended up being plenty big enough for us to play in. Typical urban noises and not at all problematic. Would definitely recommend.

Location is good but updated is needed
Location was good nearby beach, railway and shops. But the appartment needs updating. It was disapoinment that over all look was sort of run down. There were No air confition and there were No ventilation in other shower. Floors did sneer. Garden and pool were nice. Althought with some effort good be better like the table. In the kitchen in a stove one resitor was broken and the kitchen equipment needs updated.

Lovely flat in good location
The flat is of a generous size and well equipped. The bathrooms are quite small (and en suite to two of the smaller bedrooms). The garden is lovely and the location is great, very close to central Cascais. We had no issues with noise from the nearby building site.

Perfect location and very spacious
We arrived at Cascais by train and got a cab to the apartment which was only a few minutes and is in fact very close and walkable. The pictures of the apartment looked fantastic and when we walked in it more than lived up to them. It has a very lovely, large, modern and comfy living room, a well equipped kitchen, really good sized bedrooms with super comfy beds, a dining room and the added bonus of a garden, which was bigger than it looks in the photos. It was so nice being able to all sit together outside for our meals. The well equipped bathrooms were also lovely with really good showers. The location is absolutely fantastic with the walk into the centre of town being approximately just over 5 mins. Its a gorgeous, vibrant town with plenty of great restaurants and bars. The only improvements I could recommend are perhaps, for some mirrors to be put in the bedrooms and to complete the fencing around the garden for added privacy. The communication with the property agents was faultless and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of booking it and would love to return one day.

Localizacion ideal en Cascais para moverte por la zona y el plus de la piscina
Lo mejor: 1-la comodidad en general que ofrece, tanto sus servicios (piscina no muy grande pero suficiente, amplitud salón, jardin, habitaciones correctas, mucho armario), como su ubicación (andando a 5 minutos hipermercado y a menos de 10 minutos: centro comercial, centro Cascais, restaurantes, playas, estacion bus y tren, salida de tours organizados) y a escasa media hora en coche de todo lo que se debe visitar: Lisboa, Sintra, Estoril, playas más grandes). 2- Cassie siempre atenta a cualquier incidencia que pueda ocurrir. Por mejorar: 1-le falta mantenimiento en algun mueble, utensilio, griferia, y sensación en el check-in que habian limpiado muy por encima, sobre todo la cocina y zona de la piscina. 2-Sin ser un problema, no es propiamente una casa, pues el edificio es un pareado con 2 plantas (eso sí cada una con entrada independiente) y se ocupa una amplia planta baja con jardin y piscina propia, pero tiene la planta superior que cuando estuvimos no habia nadie, entiendo que se puede perder cierta independencia si tienes vecinos en piso superior donde hay ventanas que dan a la zona del jardin. Relacion calidad - precio: 8'5, pero por la ubicación es inmejorable y muy recomendable en comparación con otros alojamientos más alejados
