At the first (ground) floor, you will have your entertaining space with lovely terrace and outside eating area, a designed living room with dining area and TV. In the hallway leading to the kitchen there is some designated storage space for beach towels and bags and a WC. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped to help you enjoy the most your stay. Through the kitchen you can access the garage and utility room.
At the second floor (first floor), 1 king size master bedroom with its private terrace and seating area, with breath taking ocean views. There is a lovely double bedroom with its private terrace and seating area. There are 2 other single bedrooms nicely decorated with their own working space. One of them has a inclingin table top appropriate for designers. All rooms are fitted with wardrobes and working areas. There are 2 bathrooms with towel heaters, non misting LED mirrors.

Largo de Santa Marta is a unique very special part of the village, with a lovely square and steps away from the ocean.
Despite being very central it's a quiet area of the village throughout the year. In the summer months more people is coming and going and you can feel a lively atmosphere.
The house is lovely and for longer stays (more than a week) we can prepare welcome hampers, do your shopping for you and organise professional cleaning and household linens laundry as many times as you wish during your stay. We can help you with any special requirements you need to make your stay more comfortable. We have cots, high chairs and kids cutlery and plates available.
