First time in Lisbon and the My Story Augusta Hotel has a great location, walkable to many places, rooms were very clean, on the small side but location location is more important. Staff super friendly, breakfast was good, buffet style with many choices and very reasonable price

The staff is incredibly incompetent and inconsistent. One night we were able to order breakfast at 1:15 am due to jet lag the next day we could not order breakfast at 12:10. Property does not feel clean. Gross carpentry and bathrooms that do not feel sanitary. Overall I would not recommend staying here

Staff was very friendly. The room was small but comfortable and nice. We left some of our things behind by accident and they emailed us to let us know, the honesty was appreciated and we were able to retrieve our things. I would absolutely stay here again!

First time in Lisbon and staying at My Story Hotel Augusta was great, location location, you can beat it, walkable to many places, shopping, Fado, Castles, etc, room on the small side but very clean, staff super friendly, great breaksfast, buffet style with many choices at a reasonable price, definetely would stay here again

This hotel is perfectly situated for sightseeing. I was a bit concerned it might be noisy, but have to say with window shut you can’t hear a thing of the busy street below (air con in rooms). Staff were very friendly and helpful and hotel is clean. Would definitely stay here again!
