Good apt situated in a not so good area.
The apartment was clean and very spacious. The AC worked great. The garage access was very tight and hard to get the car into. The access way to the alley where the garage is situated was blocked by delivery vans often times. The area that this apartment is situated in did not feel safe. It was dirty with garbage on the street. There were people behind in the alley often smoking something. The windows of the apartment are all boarded up for safety which seemed weird. You don’t get any daylight inside. The apartment itself is clean and spacious.

we arrived at night to the apartment, and Bronu was very kind and explained that some of the things were stolen and that is why things are missing. for the first night we had hot water in the both for 2 minutes! when we asked then why they say that they have a large heater and then stopped answer us and just ignored us!!! the floor was very sticky and made a lot of noiae even if just one peraon go to the toiled we all woke up In additiin the bads werw uncomforavle at all although looks really nice in the pictures and in reality. this apartment just looks nice in pictures but really really unrecommanded. I think hotels. com should take responsabilty for the places it offers and earase the apartment from the site.

This apartment was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed (we didn’t do any cooking, but we could have). Host was very easy to communicate with, and promptly dropped off an extra set of keys for us when I mentioned our family was going to be divided for that evening’s activities. The parking garage was also a must, as I can’t imagine trying to park on the very steep city streets of Lisbon. Overall a very nice apartment and positive experience!

I was not aware about the cleaning fee but it was my own fault since i didnt read the conditions properly. The host (Bruno) was very friendly and helpful. The apartment located very close to the city center. I will surely recommend the apartment to my friends.

a really bad experience
the bad experience begins with the reservation. I was looking for a hotel in Lisbon for one night only and mistakenly booked an apartment. I noticed immediately and I called the host to ask him to cancel the reservation. The host told me that their policy does not allow cancellations even if I had called them and told of my mistake only a few minutes after booking. (????)  But let's come to the apartment. This has these problems: a) the apartment is on the ground floor, people walking on the street, pass directly in front of the windows. NO PRIVACY AT ALL. b) the apartment is NOISY because being on the ground floor of a busy road, you can hear car noise. Also in front of the apartment there is a busy garage c) the apartment car park is located in an underground of an adjacent alley. ENTERING THE PARKING IS REALLY DIFFICULT, you need to get in reverse and uphill. Many maneuvers must be done and there is a risk of damaging the car. I had a small car, but if I had a bigger car I would not be able to park. d) showers can only produce about 10 minutes of hot water. So if you are a family you can not take a shower each. My stay was then particularly unlucky as the air heating in the bedroom did not work, so I slept in the cold. I also noticed that the bathroom smelled urine.
