The apartment is located in the typical district of the colonies. Built in the 30s of last century, the neighborhood follows a polygonal layout and the buildings have facades art deco. It is located in a central area of ​​the city next to one of its main avenues, Avenue Almirante Reis and the underground station "Angels" one minute away on foot. In this area one can find all kinds of trade - restaurants, cafes, craft stores, grocery stores, laundries (...) and transport, such as the tourist tram 28, which is the historical route through the hills of the city.
The historic sights like the castle of St. George, the Baixa, the yard of the palace, Chiado or Liberty Avenue are 15 minutes away. As well as access to the train station of Santa Apolonia and the airport.
The apartment was fully renovated in 2015 and have four bedrooms, three of them with double bed and one with twin beds, dining area and living room, two full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, microwave, fridge , Nespresso coffee machine ... is ideal for groups or families. Possessed child's bed.
The price includes towels, sheets, final cleaning, cable TV and internet wifi.

A lovely stay
This property was the perfect base for a family trip to Lisbon. It comfortably hosted 7 of us between the ages of 1 and 67. There are three flights of stairs to the apartment but these weren’t an issue as we spent the whole day out exploring. The apartment has 4 comfortable bedrooms, a lovely kitchen, sitting room and two bathrooms. It was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed. Rosario met us at check in and was lovely, explaining what is around the local area. We picked this apartment as it is less than 5 min walk to the Anjos metro and supermarket which was great for stocking up. Overall we all had a lovely stay and would definitely return and recommend.

Basics stocked low
Location and having 4 bedrooms was good but the second bathroom is more like a closet. Be warned you're only given one bath towel each, one kitchen towel, and 3 rolls toilet paper and you have to buy your own if need more. Towels are only relaxed after 10 days. Theain tub doesn't drain properly so your standing in your showered water. There's mold on the ceiling. My message about needing more tioltet paper wasn't returned. The host wasn't there in check in but sent her friend who rushed through everything because had to get back to her company We had difficulty with the lock. It's tricky to lock. We weren't shown.

Great place to stay in Lisbon!!
Our family of 8 adults had a great time staying at Rosario's place in Lisbon. It was right next to the Anjos Metro station which provided convenient access to the city center, airport, and other places of interest. There were many cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores right around the corner from the building. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hostess was very helpful and gave us suggestions as it was our first visit to Lisbon. Having 4 separate bedrooms + 2 baths was the perfect size for our group. Although we did not utilize the kitchen much, it was spacious enough that we could have prepared meals, and the fridge was nice to keep our leftover takeaway food. We enjoyed having the windows open to get fresh air and city sounds during our stay, and the wifi worked without issue for all of our many devices. We hope to come back to Lisbon and look forward to booking Rosario's apartment again next time!

Lovely apartment in Lisbon!
Our family of six had a wonderful stay in Lisbon! Rosario was extremely responsive and made the check in and out process seamless. The apartment was very comfortable with a spacious kitchen and nice lounge where we enjoyed eating and watching the French Open on TV after a long day of sightseeing. All of the beds were very comfortable and the apartment was well equipped. The front bedroom is the loudest and has the brightest morning light so just make sure you don't put your light sleepers there. Be warned... there are four steep flights of stairs (68!) and no lift. It was no problem for our family but may not be for everyone. We loved how we were steps from the Metro, coffee, restaurants, and grocery store. We would definitely reccommend this apartment to anyone who wants an authentic European experience.

Amazing Location and Clean Home
From the moment we arrived at the property the experience was very good. The property manager was very helpful in providing information about the neighbourhood and the best tourist sights, we even had assistance with carrying our luggage to the apartment. The apartment is very clean and very comfortable. Next time I am in Portugal I will be staying here again! :)

Great stay in Lisbon
This apartment was great and Rosario was really helpful, responsive and proactive. We were 6 (5 adults and 1 child) and the apartment was clean, comfortable and stylish. We stayed twice (once on the way in to Portugal and once on the way out) and had really positive experiences on both stays. The buliding is nicely maintained and the neighborhood has everything you need. 3 minute walk to the metro, grocery store and cafes. 10 minute walk to some outstanding Portugese food options. An excellent "home base" to explore Lisbon from. HIghly recommended.

Property was in a great location, just outside of the centre but close enough to walk. Met station a stone throw away helped us to travel around the city very easily. Would recommend to anybody thinking of staying here.

We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in het sfeervolle appartement. Alles is aanwezig, prima keukenvoorziening, prima douche / toilet en kleine 2e douche / toilet. De kamers zijn gehorig maar dat mag je verwachten in een gebouw uit 1930.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Wir waren 2 Familien, die Unterkunft war super, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich gewesen und die Übergabe verlief Problemlos. Einen kleinen minus Punkt für die Umgebung. Vorteil in der Nähe der Metro, Nachteil etwas von den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten abseits, jedoch mit der Metro und dem Taxi (echt günstig) schnell erreichbar. Die Gegend Anjos ist ein Multi-Kulti Stadtteil, wer damit ein Problem hat, ist es die falsche Unterkunft. Wir hatten damit kein Problem und wurden auch immer freundlich behandelt.

très étonné des 5* donné par les précédents locataires. pas de chauffage dans cet appartement au 3è sans ascenseur. les radiateurs électriques à l'huile ne chauffent pas. il faut être sur le radiateur pour sentir la chaleur. ces radiateurs font un bruit pas possible de claquement en permanence. le salon est petit, le canapé ne donne pas envie de s'y asseoir (sorte de velours sale tout froissé) d'ailleurs, ce n'est pas séjour/salle à manger comme mentionné dans l'annonce. l'appartement est très bruyant car très mal isolé du bruit et du froid. belles chambres mais aucun rangement. 1 belle salle de bain. par contre la 2è salle d'eau est minuscule. elle se situe dans une sorte d'extension dont le plafond est tout moisi. cuisine sale (frigo, plans de travail souillés). emplacement très bruyant mais à 1mn du métro qui vous mène en ville très rapidement. je ne recommande pas ce logement.
