A really nice stay at a budget friendly hotel. This was more like an apartment with a full time cleaning staff/host. I appreciate the location (not in the center but very close). Spacious studio room. Very clean. Responsive staff. I would stay here again.

Great location! Very friendly staff, yet, there is no AC in all the rooms, and as the place was under renovation (which we didn’t know about in advance), there was a strong smell of sewage and paint all combined 😕

The location of the room is good because it is central, but the property does not offer the comfort for which it is rated. The room is small, the concrete floor looks bad, the bathroom is not a proper bathroom, the sink and toilet are small and uncomfortable to use. At night you can hear all the noise from the street, from bars that are nearby. In short, it was not what I expected.

Perfectly-located place to sleep
I stayed for 4 nights. The place is at the center of Lisbon (central location is the most important factor for me), with a host of restaurants, sightseeings and shopping areas nearby, and Baixa-Chiado metro stop 5 minutes by walk of you need to go further somewhere. The room was small but had everything I needed in it (shower, fridge, french balcony), and the staff was available and helpful in cases I needed something. I you are like me and use your time to roam the city, and use your accommodation mainly for sleeping, then this is a good choice for you.

NOT the "comfort" apartment living advertised. The bed was very hard and old. On a scale of white to gray, the sheets were somewhere in the middle. The apt is on a street with the tram line so that noise thunders along and shakes the whole apartment. (And it still runs once an hour during the night). But the worst part was there is a terrible smell coming from the bathroom pipes. And since there is not a proper wall to separate the bathroom from the room, you cannot just close the bathroom door, you are surrounded by it all night. With the smell, the noise, and the uncomfortable bed, I only slept 2 hours the first night, and then I had to find another accommodation. (Also the walls between rooms are paper thin so I heard what my neighbors were doing all night as well.) You can't really tell from the pictures, but the floors are just the foundation stones. They have ripped off whatever covering was once there and sanded it down, so you are walking around on cold cement. The "walls" to create bathrooms are just painted particle board that don't even go to the ceiling to make a full wall. When I first opened the door, I thought they had accidentally given me a room that was still under construction. I had to find another place and lost all the money I had paid here. If you are the kind of person that can sleep in any conditions and are just looking for a convenient place, it is in a great location. But there was nothing comfortable about staying here.

Likes: -The initial check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided for easy access to both the building and the studio. -The studio's location was excellent. Dislikes: -The shower and toilet were in the middle of the room, separated by thin walls next to the bed, resulting in limited privacy. -After showering, a damp smell lingered in the room, indicating poor ventilation. -The room design could be improved with an additional layer of curtains to provide privacy while allowing natural light in. -The office and dining areas were too close to the first and second studio apartments, leading to increased noise levels.

This place is a cupboard not a studio Walls for toilet don’t even reach the ceiling The towels are so old and threadbare Maybe if you are a young backpacker it is suitable but it is the worst place I’ve stayed in Europe in 4 weeks. I can not believe that they can rent these cubicles out for the price they charge. There is no reception all entry by code. The owner sent nice messages but I would not recommend this place at all

Hotel’s room very nice and tidy and looks as a new one,but my room was very uncomfortable the reason was the shower if it is even called a shower wasn’t useful this item was nearby the bed and when you take the shower if you don’t wash your body separately your bed would be almost wet. I was fortunate because my relatives lived near my house and after one day of the experience I took a shower there. During the whole day in my room there was a smell of the dryer which was working everyday and night. There was also not enough lighting.

For a long time we didnot comment a hotel, or a studio because they were generally how they was, but at this time we are very disappointed , our room hasnt any shower, the lady or owner I dont know told me we wrote everything at the explanation of hotels.com, but it wasnt, the room was like prison , there a window but in front of the window there is not any air, my son allergic, they told us they have another room after 2 minutes it was suddenly booked, anyway never stay at this hotel, towels are ver old and dirty , beds sheets are humid, and smell heavy detergant, actually room is very bad ,

¡Terrible olor! El cuarto está en el medio de una tubería que hace que el olor sea inaguantable; insalubre y me atrevería a decir que inhumano. La atención a la llegado del encargado fue muy amable, trato muy ameno, pero es imposible quedarse ahi con ese olor.

Très bonne localisation et bon rapport qualité/pri
Bien qu’il n’y ait pas d’accueil 24/24, la direction est toujours accessible et à l’écoute par téléphone, sms ou WhatsApp et le personnel est disponible et efficace, lorsqu’il est présent. Ce serait mieux si les parois qui encadrent la vasque-lavabo (dont le robinet bouge) étaient carrelées : cela faciliterait le nettoyage et éviterait que des taches s’y soient installées. De même, installer un extracteur d’odeurs dans les WC limiterait le désagrément d’une odeur qui imprègne un peu le studio lorsqu’on y entre.
