This luxury apartment is located, across Caxias Beach, in a private condo, only a 15-minute drive from Lisbon city center. Filled with sunlight all day, a magnificent front-row view of where Tagus River meets the Atlantic Ocean, a spacious garden with decks, and a swimming pool. This is the perfect location to get away from the city hustle and bustle, only 2m away from the charming Paço D'Arcos village and 20m from beautiful Estoril and Cascais. The beach is across the street if you want to enjoy a vigorous morning swim or run along the 6,8 km pier. Leaving Lisbon towards Cascais you'll arrive 15m later at this yellow 16th-century fort perched on top of rocks at the end of a small bay with a beach. Facing the fort, across the Marginal Av., you'll see the mint green condo building.
This apartment is situated on the ground floor on the north side. The whole house is bathed in sun from morning to sunset. It has 3 bedrooms, one is a suite, and the other two with a shared bathroom. The social areas are very generous and open to the garden with ocean views. All the windows have double glass so you have all the piece and quiet one needs when resting.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a pantry and laundry room; next to it you can enjoy your family meals comfortably at a 6 people table;
The living room is wide and airy, with a garden and ocean view, and spreads to the dining room where you can have fun dinners with up to 12 people.
The office and library can be opened to the social area or just close the sliding doors to have some privacy. A social WC completes this area;
The garden can be divided into 3 areas: the bedrooms decks protected from the sun or rain, the barbecue grill with an 8 people table, and a lounge area with comfortable sofas to enjoy the sea view.
The swimming pool is just down the hall and is shared. Normally it's very quiet with no or few people.
The beach is always a great option! Just walk down to the main road and in 2m you'll have your feet in sand. As it's a small bay it's the perfect location to swim along the beach. A bit further, you will find a beach restaurant with light meals and burgers.
The train station is only a 5m walk and takes you to Lisbon or Cascais in less than 30m.
If you're a walker, there's an amazing walk side along the river/sea, starting on the beach until Belém. Here you can visit a set of the important monuments in Lisbon and taste the famous Pasteis de Nata cakes. Also near, a 15m minute walk, there's a good choice of restaurants with a terrace and sea view, with the freshest fish and seafood.

Lisbon apartment
The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a stunning and ever changing view which the photographs cannot do justice to. Communication with the host is excellent with fast responses. A guide to the local area and a welcome gift of coffee, local produce and wine was much appreciated. The apartment is in a good location for visiting Lisbon which is only a short train journey away. The apartment is also close to a nice heach and has a communal pool which was fairly quiet during our stay. If we return to Lisbon we would definately stay here again. was much appreciated. was muc

Our family (teenager and young adult age children) stayed here in June 2024. From the initial booking, Carla was incredibly helpful and responsive, assisting us in organizing our stay. We travel often, but it's rare to find a place that exceeds its photos—this one does. It was immaculately clean upon arrival and maintained that way throughout our stay. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and each opens onto a long terrace with stunning sea views. The living areas are open-plan, bright, and comfortable. We enjoyed morning walks along the sea, visiting local coffee shops, and relaxing on nearby beaches when we didn't feel like commuting to Lisbon or other areas. While there is some traffic, it’s expected in an urban/suburban area like this. The upside is being close to the airport, Lisbon, Sintra, and Cascais. Thank you, Carla. We will be returning!

The rental is exactly as shown. Fabulous location with ocean views from every room. It is on a busy street, but that didn't bother us at all. The hill going into and out of the property proved challenging for my 87 year old mother, but we worked around it. There really wasn't too much within close walking distance (again, because of my aged mother), but you could get to restaurants etc within 15 minutes. Carla was the best! We had a small issue with the tv, but we were able to get it rectified. She was super helpful and responsive..helped me with restaurant reservations and provided suggestions for activities, meals, etc. I can't say enough about this property. It was fabulous!

My family's recent stay at this property was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly departed, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the location of this property was simply perfect. Nestled in the heart of the Lisbon area, it provided us with easy access to all the attractions and amenities we desired. Whether we were strolling through the vibrant streets or enjoying the scenic views nearby, the convenience of the location made our trip unforgettable. Note: The location of the property is in a vibrant and busy community, which we loved. There is a busy street in front of the property and a commuter train runs behind the property. This is no way, created an issue for us, because we love an urban setting. One of the standout features of our stay was the exceptional professionalism and service orientation of the property managers (Carla and Francisco). From our initial inquiry to the moment we checked out, they were not only responsive but also incredibly punctual. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed, leaving us with the feeling that our comfort and satisfaction were their top priorities. It's rare to encounter such dedicated property managers, and their service truly enhanced our experience. The condo itself, it was more than we expected. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a clean and beautifully designed living spa that instantly felt like home.

Spacious Apartment
The apartment itself was great. Lots of space. Air conditioning was a bit weird as there was no AC in bedrooms, just in main living room and office. Very weird set up. Bedrooms were very warm. We suggested to Carla she should convince the owner to install AC in every bedroom. All of our other VRBOs had that. The terrace was lovely with great views however the busy road right in front of it was loud at times.

Amazing place
This is a fantastic property, beautifully decorated, fully stocked, overlooking the ocean, and directly opposite several beaches. Every room has an ocean view and there is a very impressive terrace. There is a parking garage for 2 cars and a swimming pool with a view. The town, Paco de Arcos, is 15 minutes from Lisbon and 20 minutes from Cascais and has great restaurant choices. The train is also nearby. Carla and Francisco are fantastic hosts and are super responsive. This apartment has everything you could possibly want and more.

Excellent stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in this high-end, spacious apartment. The seaview from all rooms was spectacular and the apartment offered everything you could want. Having a spacious parking area in the underground parking was also great. Also the convenient access to the beach in front was good. There is traffic noise from the busy road between the apartment and the beach. Because we knew this beforehand, and accepted that we would hear the traffic when sitting outside, it was okay. The property manager was very kind and very helpful. The location between Lisbon, Cascais/Sintra was perfect. Only a 15 minute walk to the nearby train station.

Fantastic view, but heavy traffic noise
Fantastic view from almost every room. Everything in the apartement great. Welcomed and helped through out the stay perfect. Nice beach just across the street. The pool was very Nice, but very occupied by children. The very, very heavy traffic noise 24/7 has to be mentioned in the listing. We almost didn’t use the terrace because of that.
