4 day trip to Lisbon

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very easy to communicate with and had very good English. The location is close to the metro, train and lots of restaurants. It had all the amenities needed.

Quaint apartment

Great apartment. It's was perfect for our stay in Lisbon. Everything was clean and our check-in person was very helpful. There are quite a few flights of stairs and he carried all of our heavy luggage. Location of the apartment is good. Close enough to attractions.

Excellent

Well equipped and very comfortable apartment in a super location. As others have said, it's quite a steep climb to get there but very well worth it. It can be noisy at night but only from people talking - no loud music - and it didn't bother us. It was nice to hear the sounds of Lisbon life. We enjoyed our 4 day stay. Thank you.

Nice apartment, decent location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was decorated nicely and the furnishings were comfortable. The location was fantastic in terms of proximity to everything from tourist options to grocery options. It definitely is not ideal for people with mobility issues (steep cobblestone streets and steep stairs within the building) but for the rest, the workout justifies enjoying extra pastel de nadas. Also, there are some great little restaurants within 1-3 blocks of the apartment. Checking in was very convenient and any questions I had were answered within minutes. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning so if it is warm out, it is warm in the apartment. It is elevated enough that there is a breeze and it does cool down overnight somewhat, sometimes, and this helps, but overall the fan just moves the warm air around.

Lovely place.

Alexandra was brilliant from the time of booking until we arrived. As with previous reviews, you do need to be relativley fit to get up the hill, and still have enough strength to climb the narrow stairs to the apartment. The appartment is compact but full of Lisbon character. Yes it can get noisy but you are in a capital city so should be expected. The double glazing prevents most of it, although it may be an issue when its hot and they need to be opened. Shout out to Sandro who met us and helped us with our luggage, really helpful and knowledgable, thank you. Lisbon has plenty of old character and has become our favorite city we have visited.

Some unpleasant surprises.

There was an infestation of bedbugs while I was in residence. I told the host about the problem. but they didn't believe me. At last, I found a bug on the pillow and suddenly, they wanted for me to get out of the apartment. The apartment was in an area half way up a steep hill and after a full day of activities was quite a trek. I didn't realize it was a third story walk-up and so I developed stronger muscles for climbing the hill and the stairs. It was clean and well-laid out.

Quaint apartment in great location

My 15 year-old son and I stayed for 7 days during our first trip to Lisbon. I loved the location--just minutes from Rossio Square and the metro. We were able to walk nearly everywhere. Just be aware that the walk and stairs to the apartment are small and steep. We were fortunate to have Sandro's help getting our small suitcases upstairs. Regarding the home, some of the neighbors can get a little loud--but I just shut the window if it became bothersome. (The weather was so nice, I kept the window and doors to the balcony most of the time we were there. The room was very clean and comfy for a small family. Aside from the microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine, we didn't use much of the kitchen--but it is very well set-up for those who like to cook. There are a couple of mercados nearby for necessities. The water pressure was enjoyably strong and warm (sometimes too hot!)--so there are no worries about cold showers here! The beds were comfy and perfect for resting after long days of sight-seeing. I'd highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Toll ausgestattete saubere Wohnung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Sehr herzliche Wohnungsübergabe. Das runtergekommene Treppenhaus schreckt anfangs ab, aber man wird oben in der Wohnung entschädigt. Man darf nicht empfindlich sein, was Essengerüche und Lärm angeht.

Très bel appartement, bien situé (lamontée pour s’y rendre est sportive par contre. Nous y sommes allées en période de canicule, il y faisait très chaud. Suggestion de mettre à disposition plus de ventilateurs pour les chambres. Nous sommes tout de même contentes de notre séjour.

Très propre et très bien situé, tout est distance de marche et très près de la gare RossioL’accueil de Sandro a été parfaite!Seul bémol il n’y a pas d’air climatisé et les nuits peuvent être assez chaude dans l’appartement Je recommande pour la localisation sans hésiter!

Schönes Apartment im Zentrum von Lissabon

Wir haben dank der großartigen Lage des Apartments eine tolle Zeit in Lissabon verbracht. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt und kann leicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen oder shoppen gehen. Ein Bäcker und ein Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Check-In verlief wunderbar und einfach, Sandro war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sie entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ensemble satisfaisant

L'ensemble de la prestation était satisfaisante. La propreté était mis en avant dans les commentaires, toutefois entre la salle de bain salle au sol et l'humidité dans l'appartement et les draps humides nous avons été un peu déçu. L'appartement est très bien situé dans la ville, mais le quartier n'est pas très bien fréquenté, et les odeurs du restaurant ci dessous sont prenant.

Buona struttura

Per quanto riguarda la struttura di per se nulla da dire,piccolina ma pulita e dotata di tutto quello che serve. Discorso a parte merita l’ingresso in comune e la vicinanza di un ristorante etnico Senegalese,h24 puzza molto fastidiosa di cibo,spezie e altri odori non ben identificati. In casa in realtà l odore si sentiva poco ma a novembre le finestre sono chiuse ,in altri periodi dell’anno sicuramente la cosa risulterà sgradevole. Peccato per questo particolare che abbassa la qualità del soggiorno visto che la comunicazione con la proprietà e la pulizia è impeccabile come la vicinanza al centro della città.
