Needed hotel near the airport for a quick overnigh
The hotel served our need of a bed for a few hours, but barely. The desk attendant was great, but the place desperately needs work. Our room had 2 beds that sagged terribly, a big humidity stain on the ceiling, and a bathroom falling apart. But it was close to the airport, and could be reached by subway and the taxi back to the airport was very reasonable.

Horrible hôtel surtout ne pas y aller
personnel accueillant l accueil et les parties communes sont trompeurs quand on rentre dans les chambres salle d eau très vieillissantes et juste en propreté rideaux sales murs noirs d humidité ca dépanne quand on a que quelques heures pour dormir mais pas pour rester plusieurs?

it was difficult to locate the place, I had to go around the neighborhood to ask the locals where it was, there were no visible signs of the place. Had to drive around the block finding where it was.But is was conveniently located close to a Metro station

Finger weg!
Eigentlich sind wir sehr unkompliziert. Jedoch ist uns Sauberkeit sehr wichtig. Der einzige Vorteil bei diesem Hotel war der Standort. (Schräg gegenüber der U-Bahn). Dieses "Hotel" ist im 2 und 3 Stock eines Wohnhauses untergebracht. Von den Rezeptionisten kann nur einer Englisch. Die Zimmer sind teilweise ohne Klimaanlage, und sehr laut. (Vor dem Hotel ist eine Hauptstraße auf der die ganze Nacht Lärm herrscht). Die Zimmer sind klein, teilweise schiefe Feldbetten, mit nur 1 Beleuchtung. Ich habe noch nie auf unseren Reisen so schmutzige Badezimmer gesehen! Frühstück ist ok. Sehr minimalistisch. Kaffee wird immer wieder in eine Warmhaltekanne nachgegossen.

Chambre qui ne ressemble absolument pas aux photos du site, la propreté n'est pas le plus ( poils et taches dans les draps, rideaux qui trainent par terre, douche pleine de crasse, serviette de toilette dechirées, on peut entendre le voisin qui ronfle et les personnes qui crient et claque les portes a 3h du matin...) et le personnel, surtout la gérante, ne savent pas dire bonjour... bref grosse déception mais bon heureusement apart l'hôtel le séjour était parfait!!

En plus on me fait payer 2 fois cet hotel miteux !
D'abord on me fait payer une deuxième fois mes jours d'hotel pour des raisonsobscures en prétextant que ma CB n'est pas passée récedemment (chez Expedia ?). Le lendemain je tel à Expedia qui fait vite rectifier le patron. Par ailleurs nous sommes dans une chambre donnant sur le grand boulevard très bruyant.La chambre est très mal insonorisée, dur pour dormir. au petit déjeuner on nous regarde avec de gros yeux parce que l'on prend 2 croissants, le lendemain il n'y plus que du pain... Et puion sent les ressorts pointus du matelas au point quele lendemain je me réveille avec un bleu sur le côté. Quant-à se garer, pas évident. de même que pour trouver l'hôtel qui est un HLM partiellement utilisé en hôtel, le reste des habitants étant des autochtones "à loyer modéré". Et je ne parle pas de l'escalier ou de l'ascenseur qui puent. A part cema tout va bien.

" Ad un passo dalla fermata Metro Areejro"
Non facilissimo da individuare data la sua " curiosa" postazione, inserita all'interno di un rispettabilissimo condominio al secondo piano, l'albergo si presenta accogliente, familiare e molto silenzioso. Il personale è davvero disponibile e gentile, oltre ad essere assolutamente cordiale e simpatico.La pulizia delle camere nonchè il cambio lenzuola è ottimo, deludente la colazione; povera di contenuto e soprattutto non buona. in generale il giudizio è positivo data la sua strategica posizione ben collegato ad una delle fermate della metropolitana che collegano la zona col centro della città.

Очень удобное расположение : от аэропорта Портелла 10 минут на 722 автобусе ,рядом с метро,2квартала до железнодорожной станции (электричка до синтры ),недалёко до центра города .спокойный район города .в отеле чисто .хорошее состояние номера ,в том числе сантехники и душа .горячая вода всегда .завтраки континентальные :ветчина ,сыр ,два вида булочек ,круассаны,масло,мюсли ,горячее молоко ,кофе ,какао в неограниченном количестве.персонал дружелюбный ,заселили сразу ,хотя мы приехали раньше времени заселения .проживали с 17 по 23 сентября 2015.остались очень довольны .спасибо Hotel.com за прекрасное обслуживание нашего бронирования .Юлия Амирова , Ирина Захарова

値段なりに便利な場所
到着時、場所が判り難かった（たまたま声をかけてくれて案内してくれた人がご主人だった）。普通のホテルのようなエントランスではなく、看板も出ていないので・・・最寄の地下鉄の駅から一駅で空港に出られる線へ乗り換えられる。地下鉄の早朝の場合でもごく近くのバス停から空港に出られるバスの路線があるので設備等に過大な期待をしなければ問題ないかと。ただ、無料特典で宿泊の予約をしたのに宿代を請求され（宿泊の後日にやりとりして解決）、部屋のタイプもダブルベッドのシングルユースで予約したのがシングルの狭い部屋に割り当てられたのは残念だった。朝食は時間の関係で摂らなかったので、どのような物が出ているかは判りません。

Great Location but hotel itself is disappointing
The location of the hotel is great as it is close to the metro which closes at 1 so it is very accessible, that contributes to the potential of the hotel. However, you do get what you paid for which is not that much but the cleanliness and necessary facilities should have been provided to coincide with its "2 stars" rating. The room did not have any air condition, which I think is a necessity as the weather in Portugal can reach to 40 degrees. We had to leave the windows open which allowed heaps of mosquitoes to have a feast on us, which made us sleepless, tired the next morning and itchy with loads of spots from the mosquito bites. Our toilet had a mouldy ceiling. The television provided would just randomly turn off due to a lack of signal and the Wi-Fi provided barely worked considering our room was the nearest to the router. The breakfast was decent with bread, butter, cereals and hot drinks but I wish we did not have to pay to access the coffee machine to have a decent coffee. And finally, it should have a better signage outside as it can easily be missed especially when the lobby is on the second floor of the building. They should have an indication what floor it is in by the entrance. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay in the hotel, which made me stay out as much as I can as I did not want to come home and spend as much time in it.
