Great location and astonishingly quiet thanks to very good soundproofing. Could use more outlets and there was a tendency for the key cards to need to be reprogrammed. Highly recommended.

Reception does not greet guests and they were not helpful with my booking since i did not book direct. The room was very small, bed needs updated, and carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Perfect location right in the middle of old town and close to all the major attractions! Nice, clean and quiet room despite being in a central location. Very friendly staff! What more could you ask for?! Highly recommend!

The cleaning in the room was terrible, the coffee machine was dirty since we arrived. the second day the hotel after 10 am had no water they informed us that the city was fixing a problem but they should have water for those contingency problems . The bathroom, they only put liquid soap, which is the soap and shampoo, which we arrived in was half full and they did not refill it during our stay, we didn’t like that

First trip to Lisbon
The staff was so welcoming and pleasant that we immediately felt at home, even though we were exhausted from the flight. At reception, they got us checked in 3 hours early. Another time, a staff member helped with bus reservations when I couldn't navigate the online site. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom clean, and the breakfast was elegant and delicious. A wonderful start to our holiday in Portugal!

Localização ótima, melhor impossível, próximo de tudo e do principal ponto de referência da cidade - que é o arco. Quarto amplo, confortável, excelente chuveiro e staff muito educada. Contudo, o preço da diária é elevado - paguei 410 euros por 2 diárias - valor não muito distante da média dos demais hotéis do mesmo padrão naquela região, mas muito alto para o que oferece. Vale uma boa pesquisa de preços; se estiver tudo na mesma média, sem descontos generosos nas outras opções, vale a pena ficar aqui

hotel molto pulito e in posizione perfetta. Camera di piccole dimensioni. Bagno bello da vedere ma poco funzionale poco illuminato e senza piani appoggio. Cuscino per dormire molto rigido e alto. Ho chiesto di poterne avere uno più basso e soffice ma non sono stata accontentata.
