We were on a big family vacation. This hotel was a great place for us to meet and plan our days in Lisbon. The staff was great and hotel clean. The neighborhood was not the best but still safe

Very lovely hotel with lots of very good amenities. 24 hour reception desk was always available and the hotel room cleaned daily and toiletries replaced. Very close to Metro station and easy to get around the area conveniently. I had an amazing quiet 5 night stay at the hotel and an excellent overall experience. Thankyou Fenicius Hotel.

Smelly.
The room 409 smelled of damp moisture. The air condition blew air straight onto the bed, so had to turn it off. Tiny shower. Took 3 minutes to get warm water, but almost impossible to mix to a decent temperature. Paint falling from the ceiling.

Excellent hotel - would stay again.
Lovely modern hotel within walking distance of the old town in Alfama. Our room was basic but very clean and comfortable. There was a good range of items on offer as part of the continental breakfast including fresh fruit and a wide selection of cakes and pastries. The car park is very tight and large cars would struggle.

Hotel location is great but noise at night room no sound barrier from outside you can hear cars , people screaming outside or talking on side walk , No coffee in the room or hot tea . Hotel is average. For the price I will not stay here next time .

Very clean, staff is amazing, great location, walking distance to main attractions. Great breakfast. Our room was very small. Cathedral Ceiling is low on one side. You need to bend not to bump you head into it. Otherwise, we had great time.
