This is 2 bedroom apartment really well located. That can accommodate 6 persons. The flat is located in the heart of Lisbon, close to the Av. Almirante Reis just 5 min walk to the metro station (Anjos). The apartment has 2 rooms, living room with dining area, bathroom and kitchen. It is completely renovated with all modern furniture, kitchen with washing machine, dishwashing, comfy mattress, so we offer a clean, tidy and comfortable house. We are really excited to meet you!

Convenient Location
The architecture of the building was impressive and the location meant a walk to the port was reasonable. The efficiency design of the apartment was supplemented by good cleaning and lots of facilities. I would certainly return in future.

The apartment was a bit hard to find (for foreigners anyway) but our Uber driver was able to teach us how to read the house numbers so we arrived without issues. Instructions to retrieve key was easy, and we were allowed to check in early as requested (we had early flight). The interior is a bit worn out (a couple broken door frames), but it doesn't impact comfort. Bed was comfortable. It's convenient to have access to a kitchen dishwasher so we bought some local food and cooked them for dinner. There's washing machine but unfortunately no laundry detergent. There's no AC though so it'd be really hot during summer. It's just a few min walk to transportation, but because it's next to a street it can be noisy at night. Overall it's a comfortable stay.

So believe this review and others that say it is not meant for families. The property was good as described but we found it to be cold there were two space heaters ( one that didn’t work well) My husband has a thing about remotes so when the TV remote didn’t work that was a thing the owner was very responsive and had that fix quickly. We lost power in the home so beware don’t plug in or use too many electrical items at once. Had to get the owner again and she responded letting us know where the circuit breaker was. Overall it was a good stay but I will say just because a place can sleep 5 doesn’t mean it’s meant for 5. Some of the issues that were mentioned in other reviews still exist mold on ceiling in bathroom, lack of cooking utensils etc… Issues that could easily be fixed given the price of the rental. Would I stay there again No. The location was great but the issues cancelled out the great location for us and it wasn’t good for us. It definitely made us appreciate the next rental we had while in Porto.

Location is good : close to tram and metro so you can be in the heart of city center in 10 minutes Beds are confortables Main issue is the noise : from the double bed room and the living room this is like if you were in the street, you hear everything including loudy trams very ealry in morning and late in evening Appartment is not well equipped especially in kitchen, and several little things are broken

Our first trip to Lisbon. This was a nice location. Walking distance to major attractions. Nice bar and restaurant just across the street. Easy access to metro and bus.

Apartment was ok, it was basically somewhere to mainly sleep during our city break. The tv only had one channel which was in Chinese which was disappointing to our teenage children.

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage
Anreise/Check-in war problemlos. Alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Appartment liegt sehr citynah, in 2 Minuten Fußweg fährt die Straßenbahn E28, ein Highlight. Man kann sie vom Balkon aus betrachten, weil sie direkt vorm kleinen Balkon fährt (auf dem Balkon kann man aber nicht sitzen). Supermarkt, Metrostation in 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Möbel/Betten sauber. Wir empfehlen es weiter.

Very nice apartment fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.) There are some minor repairs needed to flooring and insulation that falls from ceiling above stove. Very quiet. Excellent double glazing keeps the noise away from the street. Great location. I would go back there. Thanks.

Apparemment bien située dans un quartier populaire mais qui est typique portugais. Nous avons tout fait à pied, mais la première station de météo est tres proche. Et le tram jaune passe devant ligne 28. Prevoir des bouchons d'oreilles car la route juste en dessous fait du bruit. Appartement tout à fait correcte. Je suggère à la proprietaire de rajouter un peu de vaisselle car c'est dommage de faire tourner un lave-vaisselle avec si peu de vaisselle. Cest pas écologique 😉 et puis de mettre un petit repère vers interphone pour savoir le numéro de l'appartement ça évite de déranger les voisins. A deux de l'appartement il y a une petite pepite culinaire palicio visconde. Je recommande.

El apartamento no cumple exactamente lo anunciado. No está bien equipado. Nosotros éramos solo 4, pero había 3 vasos, por ejemplo. No tiene calefacción y hemos pasado frío. La solución fue darnos dos radiadores portátiles y decirnos que los moviéramos por la casa pero ha resultado insuficiente, porque es invierno y hace frío. Los muebles no están del todo en buen estado, no son nuevos. Creo que si invirtieran un poco en mejorar esto, la casa mejoraría. Las camas son cómodas, pero la habitación principal muy ruidosa. Es difícil descansar por la noche por el paso del tranvía y de los coches. La del fondo es tranquila y más cómoda. Hubiéramos agradecido algún producto de limpieza en la cocina porque tuvimos que comprar bayetas, estropajos, detergente para platos, bolsas de basura, etc. El baño un poco viejo y con paredes y techo con moho. Sin duda, lo mejor es el barrio. No creo que volvamos porque no hemos estado muy a gusto. Tal vez un par de días, tal vez en verano... Pero para 4 o más personas y en invierno nada recomendable.

Appartement situé à proximité de tous les services (Métro, autobus, restos, épicerie). Photos représentatives de l’appartement, propre, équipé minimalement pour un court séjour. Un petit bémol mais qui peut se régler très vite… nettoyer le drain de la douche car l’eau ne s’écoule pas très bien. Situé sur une rue assez achalandée mais, heureusement, pas d’autobus la nuit. Bien correct pour nos 3 dodos à Lisbonne.

Très beau sejour
L'appartement était très spacieux mais les équipements mériteraient une petite révision. Il est très bien situé proche du tram 28 et du métro. Mais le tram est bruyant de 6h du matin jusqu'à minuit.
