We provide free baby beds, high chair and cart for the street whenever necessary.

The apartment for rent is located on the 1st floor of a building built in 2006, in the historic quarter of Alfama, famous for its narrow cobblestone streets.

Super Host!
Rui met us at the train station and took us directly to the apartment. Thank goodness too because the hills and cobbles would have been hard with luggage. Rui also gave us lots of good advice on things to do and how to get there. It is tucked away from too much hustle and bustle but close to transport. The restaurant downstairs was quite good! We were disappointed that upon entering, the apartment smelled musty/moldy but we are hoping that it clears up with airing out. We opened window and ran the AC to help and it did a bit. Good thing to know is the apartment is up some stairs, the living room, kitchen and one bathroom is upstairs and the bedrooms and another bathroom is downstairs.

Enjoyed out stay , our host excellent picked us up at airport and took us back to airport. Good location , kitchen well stocked to do your own cooking , loved the shower , could use one more non stick frying pan , would recommend

Great stay
Rui was very thorough and organized in helping us check in and out. The property was extremely clean and Rui managed to make sure we were comfortable. He offered a free ride to the bus stop at the end of our stay and provided all details we needed to know for our few days in Lisbon. He provided us with extra things when asked for them and gave us a map of Lisbon and things to see and do in the city. The only downfall was the smell of the sewer system in the bathrooms. Otherwise, we thorough enjoyed our stay and would recommend Rui to our friends and family.

The best stay
This VRBO was an excellent choice. Rui is an amazing host and the apartment is in the best location in a beautiful, authentic, wonderful neighborhood. We arrived early and Rui was kind enough to give us access early to put our things down while the apartment was being cleaned. He was also kind enough to transport us to and from the airport, (and our return flight had him picking us up ant 4 am!) and he even helped us with our bags.

Great location
We stayed at Rui’s apartment for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. He was so helpful with travel tips and how to make the most of our time. Rui even picked us up at the airport ! The location is accessible to public transportation making it very easy to get around if you get tired from walking. We enjoyed the food at a little restaurant called Carvoeiro so much that we ate there two of the nights. It’s only a two minute walk from the apartment but there are also many other options in the area. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Lisbon.

Brilliant short stay
Well located property close to the historic Alfama sights but quiet and comfortable at night. Plenty of local restaurants and a handy small shop. Rui was a great host and extremely helpful even picking us up from the airport on arrival and dropping us at a railway station on departure. Also provided us with maps and general tourist advice. Very enjoyable place to stay

Best Vrbo host and location!
For a stay in the center of Lisbon you must stay here! Rui is the best he picked us up from the airport upon arrival and gave us maps and many suggestions for our trip in Lisbon. Rui made our first say in Lisbon unfortunately, definitely a perfect walkable location for a few days in Lisbon. The place also offers plenty of room for guests!

Wonderful apt in Lisbon
Rui is the perfect host. He picked me up at the airport, picked my friend up the next day and took us both to the port at check out. The apt is attractive and Run has thought to provide anything that we might need. The location in the Alfama area allowed us to experience life as a local. We even found a favorite cafe with delicious food and a broad Portuguese wine list from all the regions. Lastly,.public transportation is.close and frequent.

Amazing Alfama
Spent an amazing week in Alfama Dreams apt. The apt is very comfotable and cosy and had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Location was brilliant as we were just beside Tram 28. Restaurants and a small mini market just outside the apt. Our host Rui was amazing. He collected and returned us to the airport. ABOVE AND BEYOND. Rui also spent time explaining everything about the apt and how everything worked. He also had a map outling sites to see and how to get around. I would highly recommend staying here for a couple or small family. Looking forward to staying here again. Michael and Anne.

The backs of the sofas are filthy, the seats were covered in a blanket so I'm assumig they were worse. The walls & floors are dirty. Only 2 bathrooms had soap. One bdrm had no towels. The showers are ridiculous to use but we figured out a method that didnt soak the room. No place to hang towels in 2nd bath. The beds were very hard & uncomfortable. .The kitchen is modern with lots of 'empty' Ikea cabinets & drawers. Very sparse. No cork screw or bottle opener. The sidewalk is littered with garbage & huge piles of it at the corner. Apt is too far from everything. Uber rides added up. Lots of steep hills to walk. It was very difficult & exhausting to find if you are walking. The apt is best suited to young people who plan to eat out all the time. It is extremely over priced compared to what we have paid for much better elsewhere.

First and foremost Rui is am amazing host. He picked us up and drove us at the end of the stay to our destination. Rui provided us with all the necessary information. Riu is one of the loveliest people I’ve ever dealt with. We would definitely stay there again.
Lisbon it’s a very hilly so be prepared for lots of uphill walking. It’s an amazing city and has some lovely historical sights, would definitely go back as 4 days wasn’t enough to see everything.

Located conveniently in Alfama with access to a Tram 28 stop steps away. Lots of places to eat around....Taberna Clerigos, Tasca Viera, with Fado at Morgandinho.. There's restaurants and a market just below the apartment. Rui is an excellent host.

Strange and memorable property
Rui is a wonderful host. He was very communicative and picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at the airport. We are generally independent travelers and comfortable on public transit - however, having a ride was invaluable with this location. It would have been horrible to navigate the cobblestone roads with our suitcases. I was traveling with my husband and our 11 month old baby. Rui provided a car seat for the pick up / drop off. The crib and high chair worked well for our family. A few minuses - the kitchen layout was incredibly frustrating. While the kitchen is stocked, I would not recommend this listing for anyone who cooks a lot simply because of the frustrating layout. This place is fine if you are just grabbing breakfast before heading out sightseeing for the day. Another frustration was the very slow wifi.

Incredible Host.
This is a very stylish, comfortable, well equipped apartment and a joy to return to at the end of a busy day exploring Lisbon and the surrounding areas. The location is quite yet there are family owned restaurants serving both locals and tourists and mini markets nearby. The nearby 28 tram gives great access to the city centre in 10 minutes. Rui is an incredible Host. He was very helpful and responsive during the booking process; he was kind enough to collect us and return us to the airport; he took time to provide and explain helpful information about tourist sites and locations. Our trip was affected by the Coronavirus outbreak and Rui provided regular updates on new restrictions and changing policies. It was most reassuring that Rui was vigilant on our behalf. Rui was an outstanding host, we thank for his professionalism,care and friendliness and obviously recommend a stay at Sao Vicente.
