The staff here is amazing!! And the breakfast was great! We loved everything about this hotel except for the outside noise at night. This is due to the original windows, otherwise it was fabulous!

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. It is a newly renovated boutique hotel and the deluxe room with a balcony that we stayed in was spectacular. The service from all the staff was exceptional. I would return to Lisbon just to stay here again.

This is a boutique hotel. Very few rooms. Not for the mainstream crowd with no elevators for those huge And heavy suitcases. But the rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Our room had a little nook overlooking the street where we made coffee or tea. The staff was very pleasant and helpfull. Quirky plumbing was a bit touchy to get the proper temp. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Overall a good stay. Just be aware of the quirks; this is a very old building with it’s own vibe. We enjoyed it.

My only point would have been with the shower/ would be good to have a place to have the shampoo and soap bottles instead of keeping them on the ground. The shower itself was a bit of work to understand, for those less resilient would be good to have a user guide (simple laminated card on the sink for example). Lovely place.

Dear Lisbon Valmor did not disappoint! 5 stars all the way! The staff were very pleasant and accommodating The hotel has its rustic charm and breakfast was delicious. They served us breakfast when we had to leave very early for our excursion and flight. Special mention to Miguel, Carmen and Marta Muy obrigado for a memorable visit to Lisbon

Albergo di pochissime camere completamente ristrutturato nel 2024. Camere molto belle e spaziose con qualche piccola accortezza che potrebbero renderle perfette (manca una mensola nella bellissima doccia). Colazione non abbondante ma davvero eccellente. Non perdetevi un bicchiere di porto offerto nella zona comune oppure dell’acqua aromatizzata al rientro dalle vostre giornate turistiche. 300 mt dalla stazione metro Saldaha. Unica pecca: poco personale che si alterna tra reception e cucina con accesso non sorvegliato. Noi ci siamo trovati 3 turisti che erano entrati nella struttura girovagando incuriositi dall’edificio (hanno usato i bagni comuni posti dietro la reception) che ci hanno chiesto se fosse una struttura privata o un albergo.. Unica pecca di una struttura davvero bellissima

We actually didn't get to stay in Valmor Palace as it was closed down by the mayor so we were moved to a different property owned by the same chain. It was lovely and the breakfast was superb. We were very jet lagged and my daughter had an access tooth so was knocked out from antibiotics and pain pills. The hotel was super quiet and calm, even though it was in a very busy area of Lisbon. Staff was very kind and helpful and replaced my uneaten breakfast when I had to leave early.
