Great stay in Sintra
Great location in Sintra with nice rooms, common areas and other amenities. The laundry appliances do need to be cleaned but other than that, our short stay was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and the complimentary wine and beer was a nice touch.

Easy check in, spacious and clean. Close to resaturants. Really nice area. We parked on the street overnight and it was about €2-3 for 10 hrs. Overall really nice stay and would come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Boutique hotel. Loved having access to the laundry room (open 08h00-20h00). The morning breakfast and afternoon snacks & drinks were amazing, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Management prefers communication through WhatsApp.

Just outside the historic part of city which was great because it is easy to walk into town but you don't get stuck in traffic No one to greet you at entrance or desk, but very easy check in process Wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, meat, cheese, bread, cake, local pastries and coffee and then afternoon always has free beer, port and pastries Overall clean, convenient and lovely, but not luxury

The best Bed & Breakfast i’ve ever experienced. I have much appreciation to all the staff and Helena, who prepared fresh local food every morning and was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. She even packed breakfast for me and my wife the night before we left since we were leaving for breakfast the next day. Thank you!

Check in was a nightmare! There’s nobody to check you in at the property and they didn’t send us a code for the door. I had to jump the 6 foot fence to get in and speak to a maid who didn’t speak English. I would not return to this place.

Frustrating check-in
Arriving into Sintra we were extremely disappointed with the check in process. Prior to arriving we did not receive any instructions on check-in and had to borrow locals phone in order to contact the property group. Despite calling multiple times staff did not answer our calls and it was extremely frustrating to get into our room. Although the check in process was bad the hotel was nice. Rooms were clean and staff working in the kitchen were extremely friendly. I would recommend this hotel if not for the poor management.

Gastfreundschaft wird hier groß geschrieben
Super Gastfreundschaft! Wir erhielten bei Ankunft eine ausführliche Vorstellung des Ortes Sintra mit reichlich hilfreichen Tipps für die Freizeit, Restaurants etc. Darüber hinaus wurden am Nachmittag auf dem Zimmer Portwein, Brötchen, Kuchen und Milch angerichtet. Echt super! Das Zimmer ist schon etwas abgelebt: Man müsste mal wieder streichen und den Schimmel aus dem Bad entfernen. War aber nicht weiter störend.Das Frühstück bestand aus einer kleiner Auswahl an Kuchen, selbstgemachten Teilchen, Brötchen, Wurst etc. Kein absolutes Highlight, aber für portugiesische Verhältnisse gut.

Excelente custo beneficio
Excelente localização, quarto com tamanho muito bom, cama confortável, banheiro e roupas de cama e banho muito macias. As meninas do hotel são muito simpáticas e receptivas! O café da manhã é bem gostoso apesar de ter poucas opções. O suco de laranja é natural e muito gostoso! Ainda tem café Nespresso além do café normal! Fica a uma caminhada de uns 10 minutos do centro.
