Great place in a nice location
Great place in a nice location. Host Vivi is wonderful. Good home base for our family of 5 to explore Lisbon. Easy access by Uber and train to beach and garden towns like Cascais and Sintra. Short walk to groceries, cafes, restaurants and gym. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable apartment, close to sights, grocery and the best Italian restaurant (la trattoria). Perfect for 2 couples. Had a slight electric problem and Vivi resolved it within 2 hours. Couldn’t have asked for more!!!

60th birthday celebration
My husband and I met up with another couple to celebrate some birthdays. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a comfortable living room to spend time in. The kitchen was spacious as well. It was quiet even though it was on a busy street. There were lots of great restaurants nearby. Easy access to the metro system as well. You do have to walk up a few flights of stairs but if you are visiting Lisbon you will already be walking up a lot of hills and stairs. Great place!

Perfect Lisbon Home Base for our Family
This apartment proved to be the perfect Lisbon home base for our family. Vivi, our host, was extremely responsive to any questions before and during our stay. We were within an 8 minute Uber to most anywhere we wanted to go. There is also a metro station close by. The bathrooms and kitchen were very modern and the flat was especially spacious. We highly recommend!

Apartment is as described. Good communication with host. Only downside-no elevator. With lots of bags and after a long day of walking - it was a challenge to climb so many stairs. Neighborhood is quiet and nice.

Everything was as advertised. The bathrooms were both large (by Euro standards) and very nicely redone. Figuring out the key code took a minute at check in but it worked, The guide the host has was great for recommendations and we used it often - highly recommend. Host was both helpful and in commincation throughout the stay.

Vivi made our stay in Lisbon so easy!
Our first time in Lisbon and we’re so happy with our accommodations! Vivi is such an excellent host and communicator. She was so attentive and helpful, particularly with the detailed overview of the neighborhood, restaurant recommendations, transportation and anything we could need. She provided an immediate welcome when we arrived. Replied immediately to any questions. A lovely bottle of wine was waiting upon our arrival. Will definitely stay here again upon return!! Great Apartment & Great Host
The apartment was lovely and had a lot of character. It was also centrally located, close to the Metro Station and accessible to the main shopping and dining areas. Vivian is a lovely and caring host and was incredibly responsive. She provided a welcome guide with maps and recommendations and was readily available to text or phone if we had any questions. Check-in and Check-out were very easy with the electronic keys. Just two things to be aware of: (1) there is a small extra tourist tax that the host must collect that is in addition to the fee on Vrbo and (2) the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator in the building. That being said, we had a lovely stay and Lisbon was one of the highlights of our trip. We would gladly stay here again if we have the opportunity.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Amoreiras. The location was central, very close to Marques de Pombal, Avenida de Liberdade and Rato. The flat itself was comfortable, spacious and clean with all necessities covered. There was only one fan so those that slept in the small room in the middle of the apartment with no windows were a bit warm. Another fan for that room would have been helpful. Also please note, no where in the listing does it call out that this flat is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We were traveling with two elderly family members and two small children with LOTS of luggage and this proved to be challenging. It would have been helpful to know that in advance.

Large apartment in Lisboa. Perfect for families.
The appeal was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for my adult daughter and myself. Apartment looked nicer in photos than in person. Carpets need to be deep cleaned (and even replaced) and there were so many bare walls screaming for some great Lisboa poster art. There were no full maps of LIsboa to be found - the apartment could use a really big map of Lisboa on the wall in the entry hall. The furnishings are a bit tired however the blue couch is fabulous. Wish that the rest of the furnishings had the same vibe. Great to have a washing machine and drying rack however there were no instructions for the machine. Kitchen sort of well appointed but plates chipped and only gigantic knives (we wanted to small paring knives to cut fruit). I stayed in 9 different accomodations on this 4 week trip and this comes in #8 of 9. Could be so much better with some TLC thrown in by the owner.

Check for any damage on arrival
We found this property to be good but had an issue with a loose door knob when we arrived which fell off and we were charged quite a lot for it. The en-suite bathroom door nob was loose on the inside and it came off in my husband’s hand,, smashing as it hit the floor, and leaving him stuck in the bathroom in the middle of the night. As we had not told the landlady that we noticed it was slightly loose as soon as we arrived, she charged us nearly €40 for this to be fixed. We argued that the fixture was obviously not safely attached and that it was something they should pay for, which she would not agree to. If you are staying at this property please check that the previous holiday makers have left it in good order as I am not sure the landlady is checking herself. Good location. Thank you.
