With an open view over the Tagus River, this space is distinguished by its absolutely original and amazing architecture, designed by Atelier JQTS. Situated in Marvila, Lisbon's beer district and one of the city's oldest areas due to its old industrial character, is just 5 minutes from the historic center (Praça do Comércio) and Oriente Station. It is well served by public transport on the main axis of the city, parallel to the river. This converted warehouse into living space has all the basic amenities - private toilets and air conditioning in every room; Spacious, well-equipped kitchen - plus extra equipment such as a pool table, Ping Pong and a piano. It is perfect for parties and bachelor parties since there are no noise limitations. Booking this space automatically entitles you to unlimited entry to the VERY CLIMBING CENTER indoor climbing for all members of your group during your stay, as well as discounts for outdoor climbing (with monitor) outings in the unique landscapes of Cascais, Sintra or Sesimbra. The space is suitable for themed events for up to 200 Persons.

Unfortunately I can not recommend. We were welcomed by bed bugs in several rooms in the first night and had to leave the place in the first night. A lot of suitcases and clothing had to be thrown away, a hotel to be found in the middle of the night. A Desaster. The owner agreed to refund the nights booked. We are still left with a huge amount of money the trip cost us additionally.

awesome stay. perfect for our group.
our school group (14 students and 5 adults from california) stayed there for 3 nights. the students had a blast with the table pool and ping pong table. we cooked breakfast, and had our evening group meetings around the large round table. a breeze in using public buses to get around (as the bus stop is behind the building). a very good local restaurant behind. the bonus was the climbing wall next door which the students enjoyed doing on one morning. the owners were very responsive in meeting our needs (including adding softer pillows when some of us found the pillows to be rock hard, and fixing the front door lock). overall, an awesome stay.
