Recommended apartment
Staff contacted me via WhatsApp in advance of check-in. Friendly and helpful. Accommodation was nicely prepared which was clean and tidy. Though the condition was not extremely good but was satisfactory. We had to climb up the stairs with our heavy luggage but you get that often if you travel in family. Greatly recommended if you need a convenient spot for apartment.

Check in was very efficient and quick and communication was good. Very centrally located although noisy with trams running past. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the property was in a very poor state of repair, particularly the bathrooms. Both showers leaked over the floor and had started rotting the wooden floor in the hall. In one bathroom a couple of floor tiles moved and squelched after using the shower where water had seeped underneath them. Both had an excessive amount of black mould on the ceilings and around shower trays and adjoining floor. Loose electric socket in one bathroom. One of the toilet seats was not usable because the they had tried to fix the broken hinges with silicon! Found dead cockroach in one bathroom. No locks on either bathroom door and one just had a hole in door as a handle. Two of the bedroom door handles fell off. Sofa was excessively stained. Only 1 teaspoon and at least 5 light bulbs not working. When we contacted the company they said they had 'refurbished the apartment just last year'. They did offer to send round the cleaning team but we declined as we didn't want our holiday disturbed and the issues were maintenance rather than cleaning.

Excellent access to the downtown area of Lisbon. Parking is a challenge, however they guided us to an excellent location (20 Euro per day) just blocks away at a great price. We were surprised that we had to pay a 50 Euro cleaning fee and 1 Euro per person per night tax over and above our Expedia Rate

The location was perfect, in the middle of everything! Spacious and clean apartment - lovely hosts. The only thing I didn't like was the surprise cleaning fee of 54 Euros that was presented to us after the booking and that we had to pay in cash right when we were checking in.

Five days trip in Lisbon
Beautiful Apartment located in the heart of Lisbon. The reason that I booked this Unit was because it's large and well located where everything can be reached in few minutes walk, even Metro and Tram stations. Goncalo and Martino, the Guys who manage this property were friendly and helpful making our journey even more beautiful. They gave me a complete Lisbon Guide that helped us a lot. Location, good Wi Fi, pets allowed (we have a beautiful cat) and reasonable cost of the rent make this property very attractive. We'll probably need to return to this beautiful City in the summer time and ( availability permitting) we will definitely come Back to Modern Baixa. L & M

Great Location!
This apartment was in a great location with restaurants, awesome sights and the train station within easy walking distance. We appreciated how clean and fresh the bedding was! The hotel contact was very helpful and kind. The WiFi was good too. We would definitely go back there.

Super organisierte Vermieter!
Es hat alles super funktioniert. Die Kommunikation vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt über "whats app" Bei Ankunft wurden wir bereits vor dem Apartment sehr freundlich empfangen. Wie vereinbart haben wir beim Check in €50,- für die Endreinigung + Orts taxe Bar beglichen.
