Appartement limite insalubre
Le logement a une belle vue degagée sur un parc mais il est malheureusement insalubre, nous avons tué des le premier soir 2 gros cafards, et après passage d'une société de désinfection nous avons trouvé 6 cafards énormes morts dans l'appartement et la cage d'escalier. L'immeuble mérite une désinfection totale et le logement devrait être remis a neuf, surtout le sol et la salle de bain qui n'en est pas une pour ce prix.

Superbe établissement! Très bien situé avec sa vue sur le joli parc de Graça, très bien équipé également. On était 2 filles de 18ans dans cet appartement et le seul bémol que je retiendrai, ce n’est pas l’appartement mais le quartier qui est pas top pour sortir, c’est plus la vieille ville de Lisbonne donc peut d’activités nocturnes. Si non rien à redire, l’appartement en lui même était très très bien!

L’appartement est une merveille. L’espace, le confort, les équipements... mes amis qui étaient à Lisbonne aussi mais à l’hôtel étaient jaloux de ne pas être dans cet appartement. Tellement une bonne affaire.
