"We had a very nice stay at Nicolettas Place. The Place was very clean, well equipped and conveniently situated in Kampos where you can find Some Peace and quiet from the lively City area around the Port. Nearby you will find a very Good Traditional taverna and a Café which Serves Breakfast and Drinks in the evening. "We stayed in the villa named Aspri, which had two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area and two private patios(front and rear). The villa looks brand new inside and out with nice little details found everywhere. Location is great, 2 min from center and 2 min from Meloi (with car) which is nice beach. "This is a unique property just of the port of the island. It 4-5 studios on a lot of acreage with astonishing views to Molai beach and the port. The housing is exceptionally well-built, and the studio we used for a week can easily accommodate three adults (or a couple and a toddler as was our case). "We loved our stay on the island of Lipsi, the villa Blu is beautifully designed and decorated, with the most amazing view, and has everything you need. We were met by the caretaker upon arrival at the port, and she arranged for transportation to and from the villa. Great service.
