"We have just returned from our stay, and had a wonderful time. The property itself is a very good size - with 3 large bedrooms, a spacious living room with dining area, and a fully equiped kitchen. The outside space is perfect - with a large covered area with sofas and dining table and a large lawn with plenty of shade from trees. There were loads of toys, games etc to keep the kids entertained. The swimming area is gated off for safety and while not Olympic sized is just right for having a dip...

"I was impressed with this villa from the start. Satnav directions straight to the door. Communications from Claire Rouy excellent. The person who met us Ms Guinouard was very pleasant and helpful. The villa has everything you could ask for. Restaurants are excellent and within easy driving distance we found one in Mimizan centre a hotel excellent and spoke some English.
