"My daughter and I stayed here for a few days while visiting my son who is studying in JKU. We found this hotel to be enjoyable to stay in. It is in a very convenient location in the city centre within a 10 walking distance to the train station and right beside the main tram line. Our room was very clean and the reception staff were friendly. We did not have any food in the hotel. The only negative I could point out is that the rooms did not have any charging points which are essential nowadays....

"This is a wonderful mid-hotel with very comfy beds, indoor parking (for an extra fee), nice generic rooms with plenty of shelf space, and an adequate but plain breakfast buffet. Not special but nothing wrong either. If you don't mind staying in a room that looks like a college dorm room for a reasonable price and tremendous & friendly service, this is the place to choose. "

"While the location and property itself is fine, it is in a high standard with artsy feel there is one major shortcoming. Apparently hotel has this weird “policy” whereby they assume guests do not want room cleaned (for staying more than one night) unless they inform the staff they wanted room cleaned or put a “sign” on the door saying you want room cleaned. The front desk agent was not sympathetic and did not understand how ridiculous the policy is. I’m surprised other guests did not mention...
