Gift shops, dining, bus tours and ghost tours are just steps away. Lovely staff. Good, free breakfast and it is EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. A all around."

"There is a phone at the front desk that should call other hotel and have employee come to you instead of your customers having to walk to them. I arrived at hotel at 5 pm to a sign that said desk closed go to other hotel next door to check in. We had already brought our luggage in so we had to lug it next door( only maybe a three minute walk) but it was 95 degrees and husband has a cane and breathing problems, so it seemed like a hundred miles to him!! But other than that we loved our stay. Need to fix your carpet on second floor before someone hurts themselves. Maid came by everyday and was very nice. Pool was clean and warm. Room was clean and comfy. Will definitely stay here again. "
