Up The Creek is an amazing home base for folks who love hiking! Gragg Prong Falls trailhead is just half a mile away, and Flat Rock Loop Trail on the Blue Ridge Parkway is close by as well. On the weekends, take State Highway 90 on down the hill to historic Coffey's General Store & Museum. Linville, Newland and Grandfather Mountain are all about 30 minutes away when you want to stock up on groceries or grab a bite to eat!
This Linville farmhouse is conveniently located yet tucked away, providing that perfect mix of that relaxing getaway and having easy access to nearby amenities.

Additional Notes and Rules:
- Please note that we are not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing animals to this home.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Check in is after 4pm
- Checkout by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains required during times of snow/ice for all mountain homes- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
- The driveway is level and flat, but the last five miles are on a narrow, gravel road.
- Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
- Host is not responsible for items left in the home.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
