"The hotel is in a great location for walking to restaurants if you don’t have a car. It is clean. A big drawback was that there was no coffee in the morning in the lobby before 6 am. I leave for work early and would have like a cup to go early. I also don’t have time to sit and bkft- it would have been nice to have yogurts to go, etc. Other than that, very nice property"

"Absolutely incredible staff. Extremely attentive and helpful. Staff and Manager are commended for care and concern. Very attentive!! Room was comfortable, layout of main room was a little bit cramped, and there was an unpleasant and odd odor in the room. Very large bathroom. Foyer was waste of space. Would have loved bathroom hooks to hang night clothes, toiletry bag, etc. "

"I have stayed here multiple times and overall, really like this hotel. The location is ideal and has a reasonable price. They also take the time to follow up and see how your visit was. I definitely recommend this hotel! "

"I booked the room pretty late at night, when I arrived at the property I had to wait for the person at the front desk, he was on his break. It's now after midnight and myself and another guest were told we would have to wait until the night audit was done and it could take anywhere from an hour or two. Long story short, David the gentleman at the desk was able to accommodate my reservation and I did not have to wait. "

"The reason why I didn't give 5 stars is that the rooms do not have windows, I was told because of liability, but not even windows where you can get fresh air! I literally had claustrophobia during the days I stayed there. If you cook anything and there is food smell it won't go away, as soon as you step out of the elevator, the smell is terrible, its hard to breath in the halls, and in the bedrooms is a bit better, but after the first night there its all smelly, and the only way to keep my room...

"all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The first one that I had had a malfunctioning toilet so I had to move. I have booked a room with the city view and the room I received faced another wall. The heater was noisy. So was the refrigerator. because it was a sweet, at night, I could not hear the refrigerator but I did hear the heater. The location is very convenient to take BART to San Francisco. ALTHOUGH I HAVE SOME CRITICISMS, I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN."

Pictures were better than the real thing.

"The space could have been so much nicer. It looks great and has good appliances, nice bathroom etc but it was pretty bare bones. The garbage cans were microscopic. Everything seemed to purchased assuming you would only be throwing away Kleenex. If you enjoy a firm mattress, this is the place for you. It was exceptionally firm to the point of hard. I couldn’t sleep the first night because it was so uncomfortable. The second night I paid close to 300 to stay at a nearby hotel which was a fantastic decision. I’d also mention that while showering I noticed that the grout was separating from the corner of the shower. I pushed on it with my finger and the cement was so sharp it cut my finger. I’ve been wearing a bandaid for the past 2 days and having difficulty typing for work which has been a constant reminder of the lack of sleep I experienced that fateful night. Point is, replacing the bed would make this place waaaaaaay nicer. And please fix the grout. "
