The rustically furnished holiday home is located on the owner's 1,550 square metre residential property in the village. It has a combined living/bedroom on the upper floor (upholstered seating area, 1 bed, flat-screen TV, radio), bedroom on the upper floor (double bed), living/dining room with seating area, dining area and kitchenette on the ground floor, shower/WC on the ground floor, central heating. There is an outdoor seating area, sun loungers, barbecue, bicycle storage and car park. A private boat and bathing jetty is available for fishing and swimming at the Wutzsee. A rowing boat can be hired directly from the owner for EUR 20/day. The final cleaning is included in the total price. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, boat (if desired) 20 EUR/day, electricity and water according to consumption. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented.

The small town of Lindow is located 60 km north of Berlin in the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park and is surrounded by three lakes. there is a riding stable and sauna in the village.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 5.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
