Lobdell Lake is located in Genesee County, Michigan and is the 2nd largest lake in the Fenton/Linden area. This lake is 545 acres in size, with a maximum depth of 78 feet. It is located just north of Bennet Lake, and is connected to the north-south channel under Bennet Lake Road.

The lot the cottage sits on is very private with fencing around the lot. There is ample parking space in front of the cottage.

Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening on the deck looking out at the beautiful sunrise and sunsets over the lake. You can roast marshmallows in the fire pit underneath the stars.

The quaint town of Fenton is about a 15 minute drive. There are endless wonderful restaurants to try out and some fun pubs and wineries too. The Dibbleville area of Fenton has unique little shops worth checking out. Make sure to stop by the Crust Bakery, located not far from Dibbleville, to taste some of the most amazing baked goods! If you’re a cheese snob, you will want to make it a point to go visit The Cheese Lady while you’re in Fenton.

There is a beautiful walking / biking trail in Linden that takes you through the town of Linden as well as through some wooded areas by the Linden High School Campus.

The cottage is located 45 minutes north of Ann Arbor and 1 hour hour from metropolitan Detroit.
