"The view was beautiful, but the house needs some work done for example lights around the pool were broken, there were cockroaches, windows were dirty, broken dishwasher and microwave, no plates/cups in downstairs kitchen. Balcony was dirty."

"We loved this unit it’s had a gorgeous renovation recently I think it was so fresh and clean and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for comfort and spreading out. The deck is so gorgeous and the best one of all the units. We loved this thanks so much all for a wonderful stay :) :)"

"Stayed October 2024. The house is pretty much as they described in the listing. We had a family of 8 and the layout worked quite well for us. Plenty of entertaining area both inside and out. The view is amazing we could see turtles and sharks from our balcony!! The pool area we did not use at all as was in such a bad position and sitting outside at the property smelt quite badly (not sure if it was sewerage) and seemed very run down. The owners definitely need to put some money into the...

"Minor maintenance issues had to be reported but overall the home is a beautiful, spacious and very well equipped property. The golf buggy provided with the home was much appreciated and is essential given the home is quite some distance from the main areas of the Hamilton Island resort facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for a large family group."
