Vacation apartment Lili 10 - Cozy studio on the island of Lindau, in the middle of life

On the Lindauer island is this open non-smoking apartment with underfloor heating for up to 3 people.
 
1.5 rooms on 50 sqm with fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine with integrated dryer and other electrical appliances. A cozy dining area, living room with TV, stereo. The partitioned alcove with wardrobe, shower room and toilet complete the beautiful atmosphere for relaxing hours. Wi-Fi access is provided free of charge.

The apartment is newly renovated in a typical old townhouse Lindauer and modern furnishings. A seating area with table and chairs for outdoor use is on the alley. Long term bookings are possible from November to April (price on request).

For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Dogs allowed on request (fee 50 Euro). Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. Only two minutes walk to the popular lakeside promenade or the seaside resort. Not far to the Swabian restaurant "Zum Raichlebeck" or the theater cafe.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit Parkplatzstress

An der FeWo, der Ausstattung und der Lage gibt es nicht zu meckern. Das Fahrzeug muss auf dem Festland bleiben. Mit Shuttle und Stadtbus auch kein Problem. ABER : Parkzeit 9.00 Uhr bis 22.00 Uhr ( Nachts kostenlos). Das heißt, man muss 9.00 Uhr einen Parkschein lösen, die Kontrollen sind streng. Ein entspanntes Urlaubsfrühstück entfällt. Das hat uns schon gestört. Alles andere wie gesagt ist top.

Wir waren die Ersten, die Pfingsten nach dem Lockdown wieder in die Wohnung durften. Wir haben die Zeit in Lindau und in der schönen Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist super ganz zentral und doch ruhig.

Die Wohnung liegt Mi...

Die Wohnung liegt Mitten auf der Insel Lindau. Der dazu gehörige Parkplatz ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren mit der Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, sogar scharfe Messer!!! Da die Wohnung wohl früher mal ein Geschäft war, gab es zwar Fenster, die man aber mit den Rollos zulassen sollte. Das war das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat.Aber trotzdem würden wir die Wohnung wieder mieten

Geschmackvolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Diese Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Lindau ist optimal. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die schöne Promenade am Bodensee und ebenso die belebte Maximilianstraße in Lindau. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man hat sehr viel Platz und die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hat einen besonderen Charme und man kann sich dort einfach nur wohl fühlen. In nur wenigen Minuten hat man den Hafen und die verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Den Platz kann ich jedem empfehlen. Die Wohnung herrlich und sehr praktisch ausgestattet, die Insel und die Altstadt schön und ruhig, alles in der Nähe – Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants, wunderschöne Aussichten und atemberaubende Alpen – das alles macht den Urlaub zum Traum. Wir kehren sicher zurück, denn es gibt eine Menge Freizeitmöglichkeiten – egal, ob man aktiv die Zeit verbringen will oder man Lust nur auf ein paar kurze Spaziergänge oder Schiffsfahrten hat – jeder findet etwas, was für ihn interessant ist.

geräumige FeWo mit gemütlichem Ambiente

Die geräumige FeWo liegt in der Nähe des Marktplatzes und ist gut mit dem PKW für die Ent-/Beladung zu erreichen. Zum Hafen sind es nur wenige Gehminuten entlang vieler Geschäfte und Restaurants, die zum Stöbern bzw. Verweilen einladen. Bei Veranstaltungen auf der Insel, sollte man den PKW auf einem der Zentralparkplätze stehen lassen, denn eine Parkplatzgarantie gibt es nicht. Als Gast hat man in Verbindung mit der Kurkarte die Möglichkeit, den ÖPNV mit seinen 4 Buslinien kostenlos zu benutzen. Der Discounter am Markplatz kann über das Bekleidungsgeschäft erreicht werden. Lindau und Umgebung gefiel uns sehr gut. Fix ist man in Österreich/Schweiz und unter einer Stunde Fahrzeit ist man auch schon in Vaduz. Gerne denken wir an diesen Urlaub zurück.

Enchanté de notre séjour

Nous avons été ravis par l\'appartement qui est très agréable, très fonctionnel. Son emplacement, très au calme, est idéalement situé pour visiter Lindau: proche des commerces, des restaurants et du port. Le système de remise des clés est très pratique et permet de s\'installer rapidement. Si vous avez quoique se soit à demander, les propriétaires sont disponibles et à votre écoute. Nous conseillons de bien lire le petit classeur où toutes les informations nécessaires sont consignées. Le fait de remplir un petit formulaire pour l\'office du tourisme (fournit par le propriétaire) vous donne la gratuité pour les transports en commun de Lindau, ce qui est appréciable. nous pouvons que recommander cette location dans laquelle nous reviendrons très probablement.
