Apartment “Haus Bea” Directly at the Lake, with Mountain View

Directly opposite the new Lindau spa and only a few meters from the shores of Lake Constance, the charming apartment "Haus Bea" is ideal for relaxing vacations on Lake Constance. The pretty old town of Lindau is also only a few minutes away by car. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom (1 double bed) and a bathroom and thus offers space for a maximum of 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a baby cot, a children’s travel bed and a television. The private outdoor area offers a garden with wonderful views of the lake and the mountains, where you can start the day with breakfast before going to beach and spend the evenings with tasty barbecued meals. Only 30 m across the street, the beach with lawns invites you to bask in the sun and swim in the wonderful water, in the midst of a fantastic panorama. You can find a bakery after an 8-minute walk (650 m), and a supermarket is a 10-minute walk (800 m) from the apartment. Cafés and restaurants can be reached on foot after a 20-minute walk (1.5 km), and the picturesque old town centre, built on an island in the lake, is a 7-minute drive (3.3 km) away, but you can easily get there by bike or bus (500 m or a 7-minute walk to the bus stop). There you can walk around centuries-old streets with lovely architecture and enjoy the idyllic atmosphere.

Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed.

Children under the age of six are exempt from the spa tax.

Lage sehr gut mit Blick auf das Wasser aber direkt an einer Straße!
Die Bilder geben das Objekt relativ gut wieder, nur das Alter und den derzeitigen Zustand sieht man darauf nicht. Der Pavillon zum draußen sitzen hatte vor vielen Jahren seine "beste Zeit". Dort möchte man nicht im Urlaub draußen sitzen, wenn im Abstand von 2 Metern die Autos vorbei fahren und sich der Müllplatz des Hauses in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß genug für 2-3 Personen. Allerdings ist auch dort der Charm der 90er noch da. Die Fußböden in fast allen Räumen knarzen in einer nicht hinnehmbaren Lautstärke und der Teppich hätte auch schon vor Jahren ausgetauscht werden müssen. Die Küchenausstattung etc. lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Wir würden dort nie wieder unseren Jahresurlaub verbringen!!! FEWO Direkt sollte sich das Objekt wirklich genau ansehen!!!! Nicht empfehlenswert!!!
