The 40 m² apartment on the ground floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.

The nearest beach, Strandbad Eichwald, is a 19-minute walk or 1.5 km, where you can swim in the clear blue water, surrounded by a wonderful lake and mountain panorama. The pretty old town centre of Lindau, built on an island in Lake Constance, can be reached on foot after a 10-minute walk and invites you to stroll about the narrow streets with lovely architecture and many cafés and restaurants. In winter, you can also drive to a popular skiing area in 12 minutes (9.5 km), located near the Austrian town of Bregenz, famous for its many cultural offerings and wonderful shores. The hilly area around Lake Constance also offers many hiking and cycling routes through woods and natural reserves, as well as around the lake.

Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax is to be paid on site by the landlord.
