Perched atop a west-facing slope, Our newly-renovated, end unit townhouse offers spectacular views of Loon Mountain. Relax on the deck as you toast the sunset over Mt. Moosilauke or watch as skiers carve turns down Loon Mountain. This townhouse is perfect for families and couples alike. With easy access to the area's endless natural and man-made attractions, you'll never want to leave. The recreation facility is state-of-the-art with everything from swimming pools and indoor and outdoor hot tubs, workout room, tennis courts and game room. During ski season on weekends the shuttle buses pick us up right outside our door and drop us off at Loon Mountains front door. Summer or Winter, Spring or Fall, the region offers something for everyone.
For renters information, we do have one camera it focuses on the entrance to the townhouse and the parking area in front of our unit. It is the only camera that we have. We do not have any interior cameras.

Weekend getaway
The rental was exactly what we were looking for. The owner Jeff was very good with communication. You can’t beat the view of Loon Mountain! The pool and hot tubs were a great bonus.

The perfect ski condo!
We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The location is perfect and the condo was spotless. The views of the mountain are stunning and the shuttle to Loon stops right outside their unit. Everything was very well organized. Don't hesitate to book this place, its awesome! We look forward to returning next year!

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool facilities at the condo were fantastic. We stayed in June and found there are plenty of unique places to discover in and around Lincoln. We love the White Mountains.

Perfectly position ski vacay spot right across from Loon Mountain. Spacious and well maintained space. Property has nice pools and hot tub for after sports. Owner attentive to a minor concern that arose. Highly recommend and hope to stay again.

Perfect getaway!
We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful place! The owners have thought of everything and the location can’t be beat! The view is spectacular and you feel like you are on a retreat, but it is just a 5 minute ride to Loon mountain and all the great places to eat and drink downtown. The communication from the host was excellent, and we can’t say enough about it. We definitely want to stay here again soon! 👍

Perfect getaway
We had a wonderful time staying in here during a February ski vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to cook. The location was perfect for skiing at Loon Mountain and only 5 minutes from downtown Lincoln. Jeff was helpful and communicative and a perfect host. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place overlooking a beautiful view
We went up to the mountains for my cousins wedding and we had such a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful and so emmaculate. Everything was well put together. The BEST View at Loon Village
We had an amazing weekend at Jeff & Dorie's townhouse in mid-February. The home has everything you could need for a comfortable weekend away at Loon. This is our second stay here and we for sure hope to be back. The view is absolutely stunning of Loon from North Peak all the way across to the valley toward South Peak. We have stayed in a few other locations in Loon Village and this is by far our favorite view of the mountain. Thanks again Jeff & Dorie!

Great condo at Loon mountain
We absolutely loved this property! Very spacious and clean located right across the street from Loon. This was one of the nicest units we stayed in Loon Village. Loon is visible from the deck and a short walk to the pools and tennis club. Very convenient spot to access the White mountains and we enjoyed a few hikes at Franconia notch. Water park right around the corner for the kids too. Jeff is an amazing host and the home was very comfortable. We will be back!

Our second time visiting this lovely home.
This is our second time up here spending a week as we did so last year as well. We love this condo! It is very well-maintained, wonderfully sized, but still retains that mountain feeling. It’s right near all the amenities Mountain wise and food wise. The neighbors are wonderful and there are plenty of hummingbirds in the summer. The owners are very easy to communicate with and thorough in their preparation for your stay. We will be back for a third time for sure.

Spacious, handsomely furnished property with attention to detail. Kitchen was well equipped. Deck with grill provided optional dining and lounging space...a great place to hang out. Sliding door to deck flooded the main living space with plenty of fresh mountain air. The reading materials are a bonus especially if you plan to hike Mt. Washington. Excellent overall experience.
