Very close to everything you need downtown! Walkable distance to many downtown businesses, The room was nicely prepared and cleaned. Nice size refrigerator/freezer. I will definitely be back!

The folks at the hotel were amazing! JULIE THE MANAGER WAS GREAT! It was clean and well with walking distance to what we needed and the price was very reasonable! If needed we will stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Close to downtown and Memorial Stadium. Convenient parking. Great price point for a game weekend. Staff was very helpful on many occasions, and Mike even helped me carry bags to my car. Will book again.

The bathroom was filled with pubic hair. They were “renovating” and the area was filled with construction noise all morning long. There were questionable people running throughout the motel day and night. The key lock didn’t work at the front door, so we were locked outside in negative temperatures until someone finally answered the main building door. You’re basically shut in with a curfew at 10 pm.

Staff was excellent in greeting us. We were early due to plan changes they accommodated getting us in right away. The room was very clean and quiet for sleeping. It is an older facility so while super clean and good staff, expect a dated experience as far as facilities.

Its a great place for a cheap visit. The rooms are a little outdated and in need of upkeep, but otherwise its a good place to stay if you're looking to save a few bucks. Also, walking distance to most things in downtown Lincoln.
