The dramatic bespoke designed black lodges redefine traditional holiday homes. With a unique centre lounge layout, the large double doors stream in natural light to give the home a bright feeling. With a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom this is a family favourite. Most notably is the simple yet effective living, dining and kitchen layout. Promising but not there yet
The price point was great and so was the cabin. However, there was nobody to check us in, we had to go looking for them. We also booked specifically because of the hot tub. We had a great time the first night in it but the second, we were unable to use it. The ph levels obviously weren't right and it was dirty. we could not find anybody on site to ask to help so were unable to use it which was really disappointing. On top of this, whilst the cabin was great, the cups were dirty, there were wrappers left from previous guests and no toilet roll. The site looked like it was still being built, so hopefully this will all be sorted in time but it was certainly not up to scratch yet.

Totally amazing place. In the middle of no where but not a million miles away from shops. Exactly what we wanted. Gary and the team were amazing on site and couldn’t do enough for us. 100% recommended

Such a lovely place to stay however, there were no necesities such as a knife, washing up liquid, hand soap and toilet roll so a list of this would have been useful before checking in so that we could bring everything with us

We had a lovely time, just a shame the pub wasn't open on site as its a little out of the way. Suppose to be open on the 29th of August. The site manager Gary was fantastic!!! Couldn't do enough for us!!we would love to return as our daughter is starting uni in September 🙂
