Nice clean reasonably priced accommodations.
Stayed here a couple nights, very convenient to many things in the area. Front desk recommended some great hiking trails and restaurants in the area. Would stay here again.

The room my friend and I stayed in was really nice, the heated pool was fun to swim around in and it was very clean, and the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and very friendly. We definitely plan on staying there again

The property is run by a couple who are very friendly and kind.. they make you feel at home and can suggest you some good things to do and places to dine.. I loved the property, the cottages are almost like in the woods but no so far from the town… definitely recommend to anyone planning on visiting Lincoln or near by areas..

Very quiet even though the cottages are in close proximity to each other the one we stayed in was very clean not to mention the most comfortable bed compared most expensive hotels and the staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely overall a very nice place and well worth the rate they charge

An older style motel that has been lovingly refurbished and modernized. Clean, well maintained, quiet, safe. We loved our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price is great, especially during the tourist season. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Hiking Base Camp
This was a fantastic spot to base out of for a few days of hiking in the White Mountains. Clean and comfortable, minutes from Franconia Ridge trailheads and Lincoln restaurants, and the owners were super friendly and helpful with hiking suggestions. The pool, fire pit, and lawn games were an unexpected treat after a long day in the trail.
