Luxury Loon Mtn Home Sleeps 16 with pool/gym access

Beautiful post and beam home right on Loon Mountain! 16 Queens Way boasts breathtaking views with plenty of space for up to 4 families. Sleeps 16 comfortably, everyone has a bed! This is a luxury home for families, this should not be booked for a group of over 12 adults and no children, we do not host stag/bachelorette parties, college reunions, guy weekend etc. This is set in order to preserve the enjoyment, environment, and quality for our qualifying guests and the home is simply not designed for those stays. Guests can enjoy an outdoor fire at your very own fire pit. Comes with pool/gym/spa access at the Mountain Club on Loon. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with all the necessities. Two Master Suites, one on the first floor and one on the second. Entire lower level has two bedrooms, full bathroom and a 2nd family room complete with a ping pong/air hockey table. Some nearby activities include: Hiking, Swimming, Skiing, Zip-lining, Snowmobiling, Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale and many more! 30 minute drive to Lake Winnipesaukee. 45 minute drive to North Conway area attractions. Linens and Bath towels are included. Pool towels are provided for you at the Mountain Club. Bring your own beach towels if you plan on visiting one of the many rivers, lakes or other swimming holes the area has to offer.
This is a perfect retreat to building memories with family and friends and is kept in such great quality by hosting families and groups of adults and children of all ages. This is not an ideal home for large groups of adults only or parties. We hope you understand as we work hard to keep it surpassing the hopes of our moms and dads and excitement of the little ones that come to share their time with us and the White Mountains. Thank you

Great home for families!
The house was great for our extended family to get together with small kids. Kitchen and home has everything you could need and everything location was labeled so you weren’t guessing where to put kitchen items back. Communication was excellent. Location is right on the Mountain as well. Overall great property!

Magical Christmas Memory!
Absolutely a perfect place to stay. Michael was responsive to all our questions and the house is fantastic!! It is fully stocked with everything you need from cooking to playing games. The fireplace and views were amazing. Even had a Christmas tree for the holidays! We were a family of eight and it was a perfect fit. Close to skiing, shops and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back.

Our family celebration of parents/grandparents 80th birthdays was wonderful in this beautiful spot. Great access to rivers, ponds, swimming pool, hiking and other wonderful parts of nature. The kitchen was well stocked and sleeping was very comfortable for all of us!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and CLEAN! We were so impressed at the cleanliness of this home and the attention to detail. The location was perfect, secluded with gorgeous views of the mountains yet a close drive to local attractions and stores. My family spent a great 4 days in the White Mountains. The view from the back deck is amazing, the house provides enough space for our four families with ages ranging from 80 to 5. Communication with the owner was easy. Could not be happier with our stay at the cabin.

We decided to spend Christmas at Loon this year and we couldn’t have picked a better property. Michael was great to work with, the home was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountain. They even put up a full size tree, which really completed the experience for us!

We (all 16 of us) had an amazing stay here! Great location with incredible views, awesome amenities and everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub and gym at the mountain club. Michael could not have been more accommodating. Everything was absolutely perfect and we are already planning to go back next year.

This house absolutely exceeded our expectations! It was beautifully decorated, well-maintained, spacious, and clean. The views were just spectacular, and our kids (3 and 5) loved playing ping pong and air hockey, and swimming at the pool. Michael was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We kept busy with so much to do in Lincoln and beyond. Definitely a gem of a property!

Lovely mountain home
This was a 2nd annual holiday trip to kickoff Christmas with our growing family of kids and grandchildren. The house was warm and welcoming with lots of space, a great kitchen, roomy living room with awesome fireplace and views as well as plenty of beds and a cool ping pong/ air hockey table! We were in close proximity to the railroad where we took advantage of the Journey to the North Pole. We could easily make this our 3rd annual holiday destination! Great place!

Beautiful location, plenty of space for a large (or extended family). Very helpful owner. Lots to do within easy driving distance. Quiet neighborhood with the caveat that it was “bike week” so there was a lot of Harley noise from the road (far away but it echoes off the valley walls). We would definitely stay again.
