Beautiful view, awesome loft great location
Great weekend away, amenities, location and loft space were amazing. Slider door broken, bit dated however couldn’t ask for a better location. Kids had a great time at pool and game room.

Girls weekend
We were a group of moms on a ski weekend, the condo was very clean and had the most beautiful view of Loon mountain. We would stay there again in the future.

Cold Weekend Skiing
We had a great but very cold weekend away skiing, condo was perfect with lots of room. We for some reason could not get the cable to work on the main TV but there were 2 others and we don't watch a ton of TV anyways. Highly recommended.

Spacious and well maintained
Check in was easy, except that the staff wasn't able to direct us to the apartment and we wandered down some really long hallways until we found the correct place. Bedroom door was weirdly not floor to ceiling so the room was not totally private (but it was large). Ping pong table in the basement was a lot of fun. The pool was a strange color so we didn't use it. Despite these comments, we would stay here again. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Access to river, restaurants and walking/bike path. Facilities were in good shape and the condo had what we needed to have a great time. This unit has a beautiful mountain and river view. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location
Perfect location for exploring the White Mountain area. Everything you could want within 45 minutes from hiking to golf and some better than average food choices. Unit is large better for a family vs. 2 couples. Unit was clean and as advertised. Would have liked a microwave but nothing else. Overall Property Ok but needs some updating.

We loved the Lodge and the pools. Condo was perfect and had great views. Wish there was a microwave but we made do with what we had. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice place to stay.

The view!!!
This property is perfectly placed in an area with lots to do, regardless of the season. The specific condo has a better view than most of the rooms in the lodge. Your view is a beautiful rustling brook and south trails of loon mountain. The lodge has a great game room, pool and sauna. A shuttle to the ski resort is available, as well as lockers for your ski equipment. The host is quick to reply to any questions and the communication is better than expected. Tips: room is on the 3rd floor and their is only one elevator for the whole building. It's fairly far from the room. Suggest grabbing a cart to load up before heading to the room.

Clean place. Pretty river behind the unit. Cold A/C which we appreciated during the heat wave. Local guide was not in the condo as stated. That would have been helpful since we were unfamiliar with the area. We had an issue with the TV not working in the downstairs bedroom. I contacted the management company early in the morning via text but I did not hear back from them until 9pm at night after I sent another text. They were very nice but in the end there wasn't enough time to get the TV fixed before we departed. The kitchen is very small with minimal supplies. We didn't want to cook so that was fine with us. The resort is well kept. A laundry is located downstairs. Clean but a couple of dryers were not working but we were able to combine loads into one dryer. Lastly, although it is shown in the pictures, the only couch is upstairs and it is attached to the bedroom with the two queen beds. So anyone who will be staying upstairs will have a lack of privacy if they want to go to bed early and someone else would like to stay up to watch TV on the couch. The location of the property is ideal for many activities in the area.
