We all enjoyed this stay. The location was very relaxing and access to the water was fabulous. The home is spacious and the front porch was our favorite place to hang out. Thank you for another memorable family vacation!
We really enjoyed relaxing on the spacious porch after spending our days fishing in the area. The view of the pond and the comfortable seating were great. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, and meal preparation was a breeze. Beautiful scenery but located close to shopping in Lincoln, this was the perfect base for us to float-fish the Penobscot and East Branch. Would recommend, and would love to return.
Beautiful, Quiet, great fishing, close to everything, relaxing, watching the sunset and sunrise is worth the trip. Great place to be at. No problems from start to finish. Check this camp/home out. We will be back
Loved this place!! The house was cute, clean and easy to find. The kitchen had everything you needed, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. Our favorite thing about this house was the porch. It was huge and had an amazing Waterview! The center of Lincoln was not far and had everything from a Hannaford supermarket to a Walmart. This is such a nice little town, everybody was so friendly. This house and our vacation to Lincoln definitely gets a thumbs up from us. We can’t wait to come again next summer!

Great camp/house plenty of room to invite guests over. Everything you need in one place , except your food of course. Love the fishing, walking, going to town, seeing my family. You need to try at least once . We will be back a 3rd year next year. Great Place to be one the waters edge.
I would like to begin by saying that I based my booking on what others said during their stays. I reached out to the agent after our stay who said she would pass on our feedback and never heard back
The Pros:
Close to other areas in Maine
Very clean home
Plenty of hot water and the washer/ dryer was a real plus
Well stocked with what you would need away from home (need a $3 real can opener. The others just do not work)
Plenty of space to spread out
Rental agent reached out quickly
Great to have pets
Cons: The pots and pans are not usable. They are severely scratched and rusty. We just happened to bring a set for other reasons and decided to use these. If we didn't have them I would have gone out to purchase a set.
There is "no way" to get a "free" app to watch real time tv. We could not log into our Directv account (free app) because we needed a 4 digit Ruku code that the rental agent did not have. Spend the money for a cable account. Also, the Ruku needed to be unplugged from the TV in order to watch a video. The lighting is so dim in the main room it made it impossible to find the plug on the tv at night to do this. No real lighting to read by.
Kayaks low grade, no canoe. Broken down seating on porch, missing screen door. No heat unless you make a fire which was fine. Broken down dressers. Not a 10 more like a 6.5 -7. I am limited by char count to say more.
We loved the location of this property. We have our own kayaks and we loved how easy it was to get them in and out of the water. We also enjoyed sitting on the wraparound porch where there is a nice breeze coming off of the other lake across the street. The kitchen is recently renovated and the bedrooms are nice and cozy. I have also never seen a place so well stocked with firewood. Property managers are ver friendly and helpful. 10/10.
Our children and grands converged on the camp for 5 days of ATV riding fun. The camp served its purpose rather well! On the last day of our trip our daughter had a life threatening accident and it threw a wrench into our packing and clean-up efforts. I told the management about the accident and a possible delay in vacating the camp. The management company told to make my daughters care a priority and the other details were less important. We ended up not needing extra time, but their response made a world of difference.
We loved staying here! Is most definitely an older and rustic lake home, but is a beautiful lot with a beautiful view. It has what you need (except AC). It can get warm upstairs, but we had the fan going and it was fine. The bathrooms weren’t as clean as we’d like when we first got there, but I relayed that to property management and was likely a one-off situation. Regardless, would stay again for the location and space.
This camp gave my wife and I a nice place to relax outside by the water. The only things we had to bring was our food and clothing as everything else was supplied by the host. The camp itself was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. We definitely will consider staying here again.
