Enjoy open mountain views and a backyard at this dog-friendly modified A-frame home in a quiet neighborhood of Lincoln. Enter a den area with plenty of places to store your coats and shoes and some space to watch a show or play a game at the card table. Straight ahead, find a stacked washer/dryer next to the bath with a shower. On each side is a small bedroom with a set of bunk beds. Climb the open stairs to the main level to enjoy the views from the large deck or window wall inside. You'll also find a full kitchen, dining area for 6, and comfortable living area for 5 in front of another small TV. (There is no cable, but both TVs can stream via Roku, and the lower one also has a DVD player.) Behind the living area is a queen bedroom with AC and a full bath across the hall. Head up one more flight to the fourth bedroom, again with a queen bed, AC, and a half bath.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time, including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local water park), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

This home provides 4 parking spaces in the driveway.
Dogs are welcome in this unit; there is a $50 one-time pet fee per dog, with a maximum limit of 2 dogs allowed.
This unit has 2 mini-split air conditioners, one in each queen bedroom.
The 2 propane fireplace inserts are only available in winter.
