This hotel-room-style condo at Rivergreen offers two queen beds, a full bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination, a flat-screen TV, AC, mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. Views are toward the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River and the Riverwalk vineyard.

Enjoy the Rivergreen indoor pool and hot tub, the beautiful great room with views of the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River, and the small exercise room in that area. Down the elevator, is access to a coin-operated laundry and, in summer, a barbecue area with screened-in gazebo is also available.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Fantastic location as a base for hiking all week, walkable to everything in town, quiet, hot tub on property. Easy check in. However, advertised queen sized beds were actually doubles so we had to sleep separately, A/C didn’t work very well, fan didn’t work at all, and worst of all there were cockroaches coming in the bathroom through an adjoining unit (although the unit itself did look clean). Loon reservation service was great though and moved us to another unit that was much better and cockroach free (with an actual queen sized bed) at the Lodge. I would definitely book with loon reservation service again but next time would stay at the Lodge rather than River Green.

Great location with some drawbacks
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect for a hiking base, walkable distance to lots of stores and food in town including easy access to One Love brewery. The hot tub on site was also fantastic and great after long hiking days. However, the room description listed two queen sized beds - they are definitely not queen sized, but double beds. My spouse and I had to sleep in separate beds. The room was also quite stuffy and the A/C made strange noises and didn’t work very well. A fan in the closet did not work at all (made a very entertaining screaming noise when we tried to turn it on). But worst of all, there were cockroaches in the bathroom (probably coming in from the attached unit next door). The reservation service was very apologetic about the cockroaches and did relocate us to a much nicer unit at the Lodge. However in the future would probably choose the Lodge over River Green.
