☀ Sleeps 12: 5 bedrooms, including a luxurious king suite, 2 queen rooms, a kids' room with 2 bunk beds, and another room with 2 twin beds.
☀ 3.5 Bathrooms: Enjoy a spa-like experience in the en-suite primary bathroom. Half bath with washer/dryer on the 1st floor and 2 additional full bathrooms upstairs.
☀ Hot Tub & Fire Pit: Relax and recharge in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit for s'mores under the stars.
☀ Game Room: Challenge your family or friends to a game of pool or air hockey in the spacious game room.
☀ Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need. Choose from dining room table or bar style seating!

Primary Bedroom: Located on the first floor, this bedroom has direct access to the deck/hottub and direct views of Loon Mountain. There is an en-suite primary bathroom as well.
Secondary Bedroom: Found on the upper floor, this cozy room includes a queen-size bed, perfect for another couple.
Third Bedroom: Another queen bedroom on the upper floor with a queen bed and plenty of storage for clothes.
Fourth Bedroom: The fourth bedroom features two twin beds, perfect for the kiddos, or for a few friends staying with each other.
Fifth Bedroom: The kids paradise! Two sets of bunk beds.
Additionally, the home’s layout provides privacy and comfort for all guests, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind. This retreat is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and style while staying close to Loon Mountain.

Primary Bathroom: First floor off the primary bedroom. This is a full bathroom with a dual vanity, shower, toilet, and a makeup mirror as well!
Second Bathroom (Half Bath): This bathroom is a half bath located on the first floor. A sink and a toilet, plus the washer/dryer unit. Ideal for shared use and easy access from the living and entertaining areas.
Third Bathroom: Upstairs, another en-suite bathroom off of the upstairs queen suite. Full bath!
Fourth Bathroom: Upstairs, a full bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity.
