This vacation rental is located on floor 2. Guests must take stairs leading down to the first level of the home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Budget bargain oceanview condo
Our low expectations were met. This was the cheapest oceanview condo we could find in Lincoln City so we weren't expecting much. The room was large and had a coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge. The couch and bed were not very comfortable but we did sleep okay and chose this unit because of the king-size bed. The second night, the upstairs neighbors were very noisy from 10pm-2am but that is not the fault of the condo owner. We chose to drive to the beach because it's a steep walk. The partially-obstructed ocean view was nice and we could listen to the ocean waves. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace. We would stay here again if traveling on a budget.

Great little place, gorgeous view a little deceiving for the beach access, but still well worth it. Bring walking shoes bc the uphill from the beach is a long walk straight up. Kids had to take a break lol. But overall great place. Awesome amenities they had lots of clean towels and an extra blanket for the room. It was very clean

Was threatened by room above us when we politely asked to stop dragging the furniture a ross the floor 10pm. Next door the dogs barked on balcony until way after11pm. Slept in car just to hey sleep 2 nights. Horrible.

It was OK
The floor of the room was dirty and sandy on arrival. You could not see it but when we took off our shoes it was filthy. I contacted Vacasa via text and, although Vacasa responded quickly, it took well over an hour before we were contacted by the local facility manager to actually offer to have someone come and clean the floors. By that time we had swept it ourselves. They offered to refund us $25 off the cleaning/booking fee. Other than that, it is close enough to hear, and barely see, the ocean. Good location close to the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The bed is a little too firm for my tastes but not terrible. Had a nice full size coffee maker, a microwave, and nice size refrigerator. Easy walk down to the beach and nice tidal pools can be found very close during low tide.

Given the limited availability when I booked our stay, I didn't expect this place to be the nicest place I've stayed but I didn't expect it to rival one of worst places I've stayed considering the price. First I would like the say the place was easy to find and the location was great. The views were decent and finding parking wasn't difficult. The place was advertised as a studio but it definitely was motel without the amenities. The first thing I noticed when I walked in there wasn't any towels and a stain on the duvet. I immediately called the onsite office and no one answer since it was after 5PM. I then called the after hours number (Vacasa Property Management). They sent someone over quickly to give us some towels and replaced the duvet. The previous reviews weren't kidding when they said you could hear everything. TVs, voices, barking, and movement could be heard most of the night if not all night. Other things that were bothersome were bathroom light fixtures had wires exposed and were decorated with spider webs, mold on the bathroom ceiling and corners of the tub, the sliding door was difficult to lock, the bed was uncomfortable and squeaked with movement, the internet was spotty at best, the outlet was taped, and the walls were dirty and dented. The MOST concerning thing was finding rust colored splatter on the mirror and behind the facet. Honestly, I would save your money and skip this place!

Cheap little gem

Lovely room with a few accessibility issues
After a long day of exploring and visiting family, coming back to the room was very restful and comfortable. My partner and I loved the larger-than-typical-hotel fridge and freezer, the fire place, and amazing view and patio. The chairs for the dining table were very fat-friendly, however lacking a back made them inaccessible. The overall building set up is also inaccessible, and should definitely be noted clearly when booking. Also the bed was clearly old and was extremely uncomfortable. We loved not having to check in with a front desk person, and that extra sheets and towels were already set in the room so we wouldn't need anyone. We loved our stay and plan to rebook when visiting the coast

A great view with amenities that are few.
We really enjoyed the location, the crashing sound of the waves, and the ocean views just outside the patio door. The jet tub was a nice addition as well. This room is perfect for those who are not planning to spend much time in the room.

Could hear every conversation through the walls. The person upstairs had a small child rolling their towns across the floor until 11pm. I left a night early and stayed somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend these rooms for anyone who enjoys quiet

Perfect for our needs
This place was perfect for us. It had everything we needed for a happy stay! If we had any complaints it would be that there was no shower. It was just the tub. Also, our biggest complaint is that the no smoking policy isn’t enforced at all. Every single person around us was smoking the whole time. It made it hard for us to be able to go out in the balcony because people were smoking. Other than that, great place!

My failed birthday weekend
The walls are VERY thin so you can hear all the neighbors walking around or running throughout the night. The bed was fine, nothing great nor terrible with that. The worst part was our sink (the ONLY sink btw) would not drain all weekend. Then after the first night, the light went out in the bathroom so you needed a phone flashlight to be able to see in the evening. If the sink drained I would recommend this place, as I understand lightbulbs die, but for the price I would expect everything to work. On the plus side, they left plenty of toiletries including makeup wipes.
