Cozy and inviting with gorgeous ocean views and nearby beach access, this dog-friendly vacation rental is perfect for couples or a few close friends. Walk to the beach or take a short drive into town to explore the unique attractions of Lincoln City!

Located on the lower level of the Sandstone Point condominium complex, this hotel-style studio's convenient location puts you front and center to all the best of the Oregon Coast. Kayak or boat on Devils Lake (two and a half miles north), try your luck on the fun slot machines and card tables at Chinook Winds Casino Resort (five miles north), or spend a day beachcombing and uncovering hidden treasures from the sea with beach access just a block or so away.

A cozy studio, this rental has a no-frills interior yet is still quite comfortable with a flatscreen TV, a queen-size bed, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom and vanity. On chilly days, snuggle together with a loved one to enjoy a favorite cable series or update social media using the WiFi.

When it's clear and dry outside, take in the exceptional coastline views from the outdoor balcony, which is also the perfect place to pour a glass of Oregon pinot and watch a dazzling sunset. Back inside, you can warm up your leftovers from last night's meal using the microwave and store whatever you don't eat in the mini-fridge. For that all-important morning cup of coffee you'll even have a coffee maker.

With a fresh cup of joe and a crisp local newspaper in hand, head outside to relax on the shared courtyard, where salty sea air blows and seagulls caw. For a small nightly pet fee, your pooch could even accompany you on your Lincoln City adventures.

When your day comes to an end, retreat to the comfy queen bed, ideal for two guests. But before you drift peacefully off to sleep with visions of tomorrow's adventures running through your mind, take a minute to plan some day trips, which might include a kayak tour of Siletz Bay, seasonal whale-watching farther south in Depoe Bay, or a hike through the majestic Coast Range beginning at the Drift Creek Falls trailhead 15 miles east.

You'll also find a variety of eclectic dining options and quaint boutique shopping just a short drive north or south on Highway 101, so get out and explore!

Enjoy all the convenience of a hotel-style property without sacrificing the comforts of home when you stay at this dog-friendly Northern Oregon Coast vacation rental!

The room smelled overwhelmingly like cleaner chemicals to the point my eyes were watering and I was coughing. Also no privacy, the blinds were see through and the neighbors would have been able to look into me and my wife in bed from their balcony. Could here every movement from the room above us. We lasted about 30 minutes, got a room somewhere else and we’re refused a refund

Disappointing
The unit was clean but the property itself was dirty. We called ahead to see what amenities were in the unit and were told there would be dishes, etc, however all we had was a few paper cups. Curtains over the sliding doors didn’t cover the door. No AC in the unit so the only way to cool it down was to open the slider. No screens, so we had insects coming in. We love coming to Lincoln City but I would not stay here again nor can I recommend it.

underwhelmed
We were disappointed with the room. The bed was really uncomfortable and the comforter was very light and not cozy. The room was really stuffy and we had to keep the sliding glass door open for ventilation. No screens on the door so bugs came into the room.

Other than floor being sandy, and no water or coffee cups. Until we asked for them. It was as advertised.

Short weekend stay
We stayed for a weekend with our pup. Lots of people seem to bring their dogs. We tried to get early check in because we got to town around 2p but couldn't get ahold of anyone so we had to waste 2 hours which is fine but I do wish it was easier to contact them. Also note that there isn't AC and the bed is very firm. Other than that we had a great stay. Loved watching the ocean from our balcony while enjoying some drinks&snacks.

Not fancy but location is convenient
The view from the room was great. Wish that there was a screen door for the balcony. It was warm & had to keep the door open during the night. We realized we didn't have coffee cups after we made the coffee. Location is great but parking was very difficult to find a spot. I asked about a hair dryer & one was provided (TY)!

A little R & R
My wife and I went to the coast for an affordable three night stay. The room was fine for our needs yet it was a little frustrating when the curtains crashed down when we attempted to close them slightly. We put them back up. The biggest frustration was getting the tv to work without any instructions. A page of printed instructions, with a list of channels, would have been very helpful and easy to provide. Luckily we had a helpful neighbor.

Our unit looked nothing like the picture. Very small and old but clean. Maybe 2nd floor rooms nicer. Felt like we were in the basement and through an old tunnel. Had pleasant stay.

Filed several complaints
We were double charged for one with no refunds received. When we walked in the place was unliveable. We immediately allied Vacasa and after sitting on the phone with a promised phone call proving resolution we told the woman that we would not be staying at the property. We ended up having to pay High same day rates elsewhere. We were not offered another location and now have to fight for our refunds. I have taken lots of photos and am giving Vacasa the chance to resolve this and make it right however I have filed a complaint of fraud with my financial institution.

If you've ever dreamed of staying in a Russian submarine...
This room was extremely uncomfortable and the inconvenient. There was also a terrible rotten fish smell wafting up from the balcony so you couldn't even sit out there. Chairs were dirty, nowhere to put stuff, layer of sand on the floor when we arrived, rusty, sticky locks on the door, wifi/cell reception were terrible and no extra blankets with an uncomfortable bed. We thought it'd be a nice, little room to stay in but really hated being in there.

not as described, and no response from management
We chose this property based on the description of the room including a king size bed, and a very short walk to the beach. The room instead had a queen size bed. I reached out to the management using the online addresses and phone numbers provided, but no one has responded, even now that our trip has finished.. The walk to the beach included approximately 200 ft of vertical elevation change, which was OK for us but would be impossible for anyone with any sort of difficulty walking steep areas. The grounds of the complex included debris and garbage that remained throughout our stay. The interior of the room was clean.

Worst stay ever - not at all as advertised
Room was not ready on time....it smelled foul, had dirty linens and trash. Customer service was little to no help. We were passed from employee to employee and calls were not returned. It took a couple hours to get someone to actually move us to a different room for the night. We were told we could take it or could leave the premises altogether. After traveling 10 hours and over 600 miles arriving at nearly 8 pm that was the furthest thing from acceptable. The rest of our stay we had to shuffle to a different room which was a huge inconvenience. Our room was never restocked with supplies during our 4 day stay even when we asked staff specifically for more towels, toilet paper, etc... The pet area was a small area right out front of a room with a patio and the guests there set up chairs, bbq, etc... and repeatedly made rude comments about our pet being in their space. Parking is extremely limited and several times we were forced to park across Hwy 101 and make the trek across traffic. The entrance is on a curve in the road which is pretty dangerous to cross on foot. It would be nice if employees did not stand in the breezeway and smoke. They could be spending more time cleaning the premises of things like overflowing trash cans, spider webs and the like. When we tried to retire for the evening and watch a little tv before bed the remote didn't even work! We definitely will not stay here again. Worst place to stay in the 14 years we have traveled to the Oregon Coast!

You always get what you pay for.
If you're looking for a condo this is not the place. While advertised as a condo it is simply a hotel room. The room had an ocean view so for the price it's is worth the money. It was clean and provided morning coffee which for us is a plus. The bed is uncomfortable and bring your own pillows. I'm leaving a mixed review but I was mixed with the room itself.

Small but great location
This room was a lot smaller than I imagined. Overall it was fine for one night at the beach, great walking distance to the beach! Biggest complaint is how much I paid for a cleaning fee when the room wasn't even that clean when we arrived. Loved that you got your check in info emailed to you and you never had to deal with a front desk. I'd stay here again but maybe pay an extra $20 for one of the larger rooms.
