This third-floor studio for four is on the south side of Lincoln City, and you've got plenty of options for meals and window-shopping within a couple miles of your home! You're also just a short one- or two-block walk from the beach.

Up to four lucky guests (and your dogs) can sleep in the condo's living and sleeping area, with a luxurious king-size bed and cushy leather futon. Step back from the seaside view of the balcony and relax by the fireplace, or enjoy rainy-day entertainment like WiFi and flatscreen cable TV.

Whether you experience a romantic dinner for two at the indoor table or some open air dining on the balcony, the essential appliances make it quick and easy to whip up snacks and reheat leftovers. A coffee-maker combined with a mini-fridge and microwave make this a great place for enjoying simple food!

loved the view, parking lot was a nightmare, needs to be a screen door on the sliding glass door and we only had one chair on the deck so we did not sit out there. fire place would not turn on, inside of room was nice...out side was dirty and needed paint badly.

Wonderful beach property, great price, amazing view. I read the reviews on this property before booking. Focusing on the low star rating reviews especially. It amazes me how some people will complain that they are not at a five star resort when paying motel 6 prices. My expectations weren’t super high and I have to stay it was a great property with clean room and a comfortable bed. Not to mention the amazing view. Had a very enjoyable time with no concerns about the room, oh yeah. There was only 1 paper coffee cup provided… terrible!!!! lol. Thanks for a great property

Enjoyable Stay
This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for nothing fancy, but comfortable and with a beautiful view! This was about our 6th place we had rented in this complex, and was by far the best one. Although there is no kitchen, the bed was fairly comfortable (a topper would help), and the futon was much better compared to the other units. I would suggest a more comfortable dining table, as there was only 1 chair available to sit. All in all, it was wonderful being able to wake up and see the waves from the bed, and enjoy the fireplace. For the cost of staying here, it is well worth it, and we will be back to stay at this unit in particular!

DISGUSTING SCAMMERS
Cheap but not even clean enough for a 1 night stay! Ocean view is Absolutely beautiful, but I could have stayed in a tent and had the same scenery. The Dog hair was CAKED everywhere . Piles of hair on the bed !!!! No tv, Wi-Fi dropped, floor made your feet black, walls so thin you hear everything. The entire room was so gross we booked for two night but only stayed for 1. Vasca provided VRBO FALSE pictures as this is NOT how the room looked! From my experience Hiysekeepi g is I. Competent and needs to be fired along with 2 managers Tammy and Joanne have NO customer service! If you want to stay in filth this is your place!

Awesome view!
I was so in awe of this view! I was able to see whales and surfers from my balcony, and even part of the beach below. The weather was mild so I slept with the sliding door open all nights and the sound of the waves was incredible. The room was clean, well stocked for my 4 night stay and everything worked as expected. The stock pics show a carpeted room but they’ve upgraded to laminate floors, and I also didn’t have a coffee table which was also pictured but that’s ok. I didn’t realize when I reserved that it also had a gas fireplace so that was a nice surprise. Also, it does state it’s on the 3rd floor, which was off putting thinking I would have to lug luggage up 2 flights of stairs with no elevator, but since it’s built on a hill the 3rd floor is actually only up one flight which was another nice surprise. Will definitely book this room again for future trips!!

Overall it is very basic, has less than a hotel room. Close to the beach- but not an easy walk.
As I said above it was very basic- no blow dryer or iron? You can get those at a Motel 6 still and they charge like $40 a night. We always stay in a house when we visit but this was very last minute and we couldn't get our regular home, so we decided on this "condo". It was clean- but all the drains need work( draino), shower curtain needs replaced, carpet needs replaced and there were multiple cob webs- ( yuck). I would suggest letting people know that the trail to the beach is down/up many stairs, as this can be hard with children, for elderly, handicap- or for people that struggle wth stairs. Typically I don't, but I just had surgery 2 weeks ago and well they aren't very easy right now. I didn't see any place to wash off from the beach either?? Just suggestions- it was prices pretty well, but as a person that travels a lot I always expect a hair dryer and iron, no one travels with those and they are very inexpensive for ownership to procure.

I recently spent 5 nights in the Seahorse building, room 3E. It met my expectations, and looked like the pics in the listing. The room was clean and had everything we needed (coffee, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, mini fridge and microwave). The fireplace was enough to keep the room nice and cozy. It is a third floor room, but the parking lot is actually at the 2nd floor level so we only had to go up one flight of stairs. We could hear our neighbors walking around a lot so I can only imagine what the lower floors sounded like, but we found that other sounds didn't carry. The balcony was fantastic, but there is no privacy from the neighboring rooms just an FYI. The beach access was extremely strenuous to get to- it involved quite a few flights of stairs on the back of the property, a steep road, and then a bit of a rocky entrance you have to climb down to get to the sand. We only did it once and then decided to drive to easier beach access points for the rest of our trip. Parking was a little tricky one night when we returned later in the evening and we had to pick a spot several buildings over. Overall I feel like the room was a good value for the price, and I would consider staying here again if I come back to Lincoln City.

Took us quite a while to find the place. Had arguing neighbors the first night. Would pick a ground level next time. Our dog was afraid of the stairs and we are too old for them but we thought it was pretty good. Need to bring our own extra blanket. The towel for the dog was thoughtful but I had packed 2 old ones for her, just in case

Great little spot.
This place was amazing. The views of the ocean and sunsets were awesome. The inside were nice for a studio. Had a little fridge and microwave. The beach is only a short walk down the hill and was a great beach. The outside could use a little paint and love but besides that everything else was perfect.
