"I stayed at the Fisherman's Cabin for a visit to the University of Arkansas. It is just as described. Very clean and excellent communications with the host. The cabin would be perfect for a small family. Each cabin has a firepit, grill, and picnic table for an outdoor gathering. I will definitely be back with our family!"

"Cabin was very clean. Host was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. Area was quiet for the most part. Construction wasn’t too loud but could be heard from outside but inside, you couldn’t hear it. Overall, we were very pleased and would recommend staying here."

"It was a awesome cabin but Behind the dresser thing that held the micowave and the ice machine was very dirty. It had not been cleaned in a while. I would not have known but the mircowave quit and i had to pull the dresser out and turn the thing that had all of the plugins on it back on."

IT SEEMED EVERYTHING WE FORGOT WAS ALREADY THERE AND READY FOR USE SUCH AS: HOOKS AND BAIT, COFFEE, S'MORES, PROPANE, BABY GATE, FIRE STARTERS AND EVEN CORN TO BRING IN THE DEER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STAY. THE CABIN WAS NICELY DECORATED IN EVERY AREA WITH SCRIPTURE AND POSITIVITY ❤️"

"The kids really had fun in the large yard with playground equipment and everyone enjoyed pool along with covered sitting areas. The guest house offered privacy for those who stayed on that side and there was a great room for the kids to sleep and play at the main house. As for some negatives, the landscaping needed attention, couldn’t get most of battery powered kids cars to work, garage area needed cleaning and downstairs of main house can get pretty noisy if people are in loft area plus...

"Our cabin was well stocked; it even had movies, towels, silverware and a Keurig with donut shop coffee pods!! The host Evelyn was amazing; she was so friendly and helpful! The place was serene and close to a great swimming spot!! Will definitely be going back!"

"This is the second time we stayed at the property. We came back again because we absolutely loved it there. The location is perfect 10-15 mins from the campus and the area is beautiful! The cabin was the perfect size for 4 adults- had everything we needed. The front porch was a great place to hang out in the morning before we headed out for the day and also and night when we returned. I am hoping it will be available the next time we come up for a visit."

"We had a great stay at the bunkhouse. You can tell that this property is a labor of love for the owner, and they really go the extra mile to make sure their guests are fully accommodated. The bunkhouse was so charming and full of so many fun things to do as a family. The entire property is so inviting and family friendly. My kids loved the scavenger hunt! We plan on returning during the summer!"

"The owners are super creative. Spaceship was well decorated. Loved the scavenger hunt and smores kit they provided. I had to remind myself this is not a luxury stay, it is an RV and it's normal for it to smell like toilet chemicals and have awful beds. The smell did make it difficult to spend time inside and my body ached the next morning from the rock like bed. Be careful of the floor vents, they slip out of place and I twisted a foot trying to get to the restroom in the night. Otherwise it was...

"The River House was just wonderful. We have a Marine Corp reunion every year for a group of 6 men that served together. One of our brothers was hurt in an accident and couldn’t make our normal location, so we brought the reunion to him. This River House was exactly as the listing shows. The home had everything you could need or want and was so very peaceful and cozy. The convenience of town was another plus. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back! "

An easy drive to Fayetteville if you’re wanting to explore a bigger town. The bed and linens were comfortable and fresh. Can’t wait to stay here again!
