"stayed 6 nights & had no issues. Wendy excellent at being there for any questions - but not at all intrusive. pleasant mile walk into Lincoln & a beautiful park 10 min walk down the road, so could leave the car safely parked at property. Local pub 15mins walk, harvester type. Would stay again."

"There had been a problem with the main entry door on arrival so the cleaner was still sorting the apartment when we arrived at 6.30pm. We went straight out for dinner so were pleased to be able to leave our belongings. The apartment was spotlessly clean and right in the centre of town so conveninent for the shops and bars. We had a lovely weekend - thank you!"

We are not usually complainers but honestly, there was very poor communication and availability from the staff, an absolutely atrocious mattress on the bed, we barely slept; every little movement sounded like popcorn popping in a microwave and no staff in sight at checkout. A small communal kitchen, but out-of-date milk in the fridge. The shared bathroom allows no privacy as it is off the communal lounge. Would not stay here...
