"10 of us stayed here for a new year and it was lovely. The house is very big and has lots of space. The living room was lovely with a fireplace. It is an old house so there were a couple cobwebs and dustiness is some places but that is to be expected. Ken was a lovey host to welcomed us at check in and explained how everything worker, for example the Arga oven and heating system. Would recommend for families and large group of friends. "

"The location was amazing with lovely views of the country. However, we had real issues with the cleanliness of the property. The issues included cobwebs (in pretty much every room) dirty sheets including the cot, unscrubed loos and soaking wet lounger cushions that had been left out. Whilst an attempt had been made to clean the stair carpet it was clear that a duralex glass had been broken on the stairs as shards of glass were found not only on the stairs but also on the ground floor. "Pretty grounds and lake; the alpacas and goats were particularly friendly. The accommodation was compact but had everything available - fridge/kitchen etc. The bed was very comfortable "

"Place was brilliant fun. Caravan was clean and spacious. Timmy at the entertainment was definitely what tipped it over. Kids loved him. We will be back. "

"I absolutely loved how clean and comfortable this hotel was, there was one downside which was that the rooms were swelteringly hot and even with a window open and heating off it wouldn’t cool down. But other than that, my stay was amazing and would deffo recommend to others and stay again! "
