"Perfect location in city center. Front desk staff are helpful and informative! The Cathedral of Granada is just one block away. We can walk to most interesting places from our hotel. Definitely recommend !"

"The staff were just excellent. We stayed Friday and Saturday and had a deluxe room which faced front avenue. We were on the fourth floor and the night noise - with the windows closed - was awful. Went on until 05:30 am! Couldn’t sleep through it and I use earplugs. Next morning we spoke to the staff who seemed surprised that on the fourth floor we would hear noise but they diligently found us a non deluxe room that faced the interior. Had a noise free Saturday night. Would stay there again. But not facing the street. "

I was very fortunate to get a low rate and a free upgrade. On a 29 day, multi-city trip to Spain this was by far the best hotel I stayed at. Only wish the other properties had been nesrly this good."
