Nice hotel, disappointing experience.
Was very disappointed with the room we were originally given. It felt like a dungeon. Few windows, smells of mildew. Requested a different room, was accommodated, but charged for the new room and the “snacks they provided as we waited for the new room to be prepared.

We loved everything about our trip! The staff made sure we had everything we needed, and were so friendly and accommodating. They truly made the first part of our Italian vacation as good as it could have been. Mara was especially wonderful! The hotel room was quite new with beautiful lake view, but when we check in, the female receptionist at the old hotel building was very impolite with no smile and she needed to keep our passports overnight just because she was too busy to make photocopy of them. However, we don't have problem with the Male receptionist when we check out.

Rooms were good and clean. The only issue there wasn’t a reception inside the building. To check-in/out we went to another hotel on the other side of the road. Really strange

Nagyon kellemes meglepetés, kitűnő szolgáltatás!
Kivételesen kedves , közvetlen személyzet. A két reggeliztető hölgy nagyon figyelmes, gyors, kedves. A reggeli bőséges, minőségi termékek (mozzarela és kotélparadicsom, pármai sonka és sárgadinnye, sokféle müzli, joghurtok, sajtkrémek, magos és barna zsemlék stb.). A szoba a szokásosnál nagyobb, világos, mert hatalmas üvegfelület van a terasz felé, tökéletesen besötétítő függönnyel. Saját terasszal és saját kert, jól szeparálva a szomszédoktól. Gyönyörű kilátás a tóra. A szoba tiszta, megfelelő mennyiségű szekrénnyel, széffel. A fürdőszobában bidé, hatalmas épített zuhanyzó esőztető fejjel. Minden kifogástalan, ehhez képest nagyon megfelelő ár.

Schade, dass das Potential nicht ausgenutzt wird. Das sind meiner Meinung nach solide 3 Sterne aber keine 4. Die Sauberkeit war ok aber da ist noch Luft nach Oben. Der Whirlpool auf der einen Terasse hat leider nicht geheizt, trotz Einweisung. Einmal heißes Wasser aus der Leitung eingelassen und genutzt und danach das Wasser einfach nicht mehr warm bekommen. Nicht das was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Das Personal war freundlich aber eine Servicekraft beim Frühstück hat uns regelmäßig den Start in den Tag verdorben. Unhöflich, hektisch ohne Grund und frech gegenüber dem Gast. Und dann serviert Sie Gläser und Tassen, indem Sie sie oben am Rand anpackt. Das Bett war bequem und die Möblierung auf der eigenen Terasse auch. Die Parksituation war für die Nebensaison ok, wenn auch 10 Euro heftig teuer ist pro Nacht. In der Hauptsaison ist das Parken mit größeren Fahrzeugen mit Sicherheit ein Problem. Die Garage wird von mehreren Hotels genutzt. Der Whirlpool des Hotels war viel zu kalt und nicht nutzbar.
