"Property neat and clean, toiletries were provided, towels and full kitchen with microwave. Coffee maker did both k cup and or drip coffee. Phil was excellent host and highly recommend him. We were snowmobiling and the clubs did an excellent job with minimal snow. Great riding over 90% of the time."
